   I have been healing Lyme disease and adrenal fatigue the last 11 years. I have tried many different healing modalities, including a raw diet, cannabis oil, CBD oil, and Amazonian plant medicines. While I highly recommend these healing modalities bc they are tremendously healing, I HIGHLY recommend taking the blends (along with doing an intermittent fasting routine). I have experienced INCREDIBLE results in the last week, on the blends alone.

   Guys, this is an incredible combination. I take these blends (along with Peel and Spice, so it’s hard to say which blends are creating these amazing results), but it STOPS schizoaffective (schizophrenia + bipolar) meltdowns almost immediately. It also prevents them (which is HUGE). I’ve never experienced that outcome with anything I’ve ever tried. If anything, some adaptogenic herbs induce psychosis…. These blends calm the inner storm. They also create an awesome firestorm of goodness in your brain (very much the way Gavin described), making you feel very mentally alert.

   The blends also prevent you from feeling hungry while fasting. I’d struggled to get off my fruit sugar addiction for about a year (preventing me from reliably and easily intermittent fasting). I started on the blends and fasting has been a cinch since! It makes fasting SO easy to do.

   The blends also elevate mood tremendously. Interestingly, after about a week of taking the blends everyday, 4x per day, I felt my brain ‘reset’ after about a week of taking the blends. I’ve been struggling with insomnia the last 11 years and I fell asleep very quickly and had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in over a decade. My under-eye baggage (which I’ve had the past 11 years) has lifted tremendously in that time, as well! (Under-eye baggage signifies struggling kidneys and adrenals.) Very exciting stuff!

   I have been taking Interstellar Blends for three months and I can honestly say I am a different person from when I began taking them. No more forcing myself to get through the day with little joy, focus and motivation.!!

   I reached out to Gavin after reading through his website. I told him I was struggling with depression and had other cognitive and memory issues that were very concerning.

   He suggested I start taking his Seven Sages and Trinity blend. I scoured his website and Facebook page and read everything I could about these blends. I was so skeptical that these could work like the people who were taking them said. But I was desperate to feel better and because my brain seemed to be declining so rapidly I was willing to try anything.    Prior to taking the blends I was was barely able to function, no energy, no motivation, no desire, no feelings.    I cannot say enough good things about the Interstellar Blends. My life has changed since I first started taking them 2 months ago. In just that short amount of time, the blends have given me new life and make me appreciate life again.
   For the past couple of years I have been struggling really badly with severe depression and anxiety. I had been searching for a cure or treatment for the longest time, experimenting with different types of herbs and supplements, but to no avail. When one of my friends at my gym suggested this company to me, I was desperate to try anything that could help, so I gave it a shot and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
   I started out with the Original and got instantly hooked. I started to mix and match different kinds with it such as Nebula, Thermo, Matcha, Seven Sages, and Trinity. My favorite combo so far is Trinity and Seven Sages hands down. Not only do they offer the countless health benefits just like all the other blends, but they give me this everlasting energy in my mind and body like nothing else I’ve ever tried. I love taking the two together first thing in the morning with some tea, and then again in the evening. I now sleep much better, wake up alert and ready for the day, and beam with positivity and confidence all throughout each week.    I honestly don’t know where to start with talking about this stuff I absolutely freaking love this blends I have been taking them for a month now with on and off fasting I have had some tremendous weight loss and super increased motivation and focus throughout the entire day it has revolutionized my studying

   Me and my SO take them together every morning we never miss a dose I can see the effects on my SO as well she had lost weight her thinking has became more open less fear less anxiety

   Less wanting to satisfy other people and more living for herself she is in the first stages of going through a breakthrough change anyway we recommend this blends for everyone to try you dont have to fast with them see what you feel try fasting a couple times it might fit you it might not but you will sure not regret buying this blends
   Ive had trinity match seven sages and thermo all are fucking amazing
   But I absolutely love seven sage trinity and thermo extreme focus energy and motivation to study all day long (I’m a rookie day trader still working on my trading) and let me tell since taking these I feel alot more able to sit on my ass and study all day long

   I have been taking Gavins blends for the past 5-6 months. I had come to know about it through someone i followed online and it peeked my interest. Blends are now apart of my life and boy does it make a world of difference on my day to day activities. Brain Fog has disappeared during the afternoons, energy is at all new levels, sleep is much better but overall it has been a life changer (I use a Oura ring to track my sleep and after taking Hypnotic/Trinity before bed, Deep sleep and other areas has increased significantly)!!

   I look forward to taking blends each day and eating one meal a day and fasting has never been easier with the blends, people at work think i’m nuts with the amount of energy I have throughout the day especially with the amount of hours I work with NO FOOD. I Started with Trinity, Seven Sages and now have added Nebula, Senolytic, Hypnotic, Peel+Spice,Hypnotic a couple more to the mix. Also get many complements on my skin. I found taking doses throughout the day of the various blends has produced the best outcome so far. Gavin has been exceptional with service and ensuring the delivery made it through customs without any headaches. Also has been very helpful in answering all questions.

   I have been taking the blends for almost a month now and I am just WOOOW!

   To begin with, the process was smooth! The customer service is exceptional and the delivery was super fast. Everything was packaged nicely and it made me feel like a little kid opening Christmas presents. I even received a sample of Victorious, which really made me feel extremely happy and in love with the brand!

   Fast forward to a few days later – changes were already present! I take Trinity, Seven Sages and Victorious with my morning coffee and 30-60 mins later I am the calmest and most productive person ever! I am a forex trader, which is quite a stressful business to be in. But in just 3 days time, it was like a miracle – I felt 0 stress, anxiety and my mind was clear as never before. I couldn’t believe it! My patience was taken on another level as well – I felt no rush at all. It has improved my trading performance drastically!

   WOWWW. Yes, the emphasis on “wow” was necessary. I first started noticing people in my circle mentioning herbs online, and shortly later discovered it was interstellar. I began to research extensively on the website and was blown away with the information Gavin had compiled explaining the benefits or “necessities” of each blend, however you’d like to see it… but I consider these blends a necessity in todays environment. We are constantly flooded with radiation and toxins in the forms of GMO’S, Pesticides and more. Its actually insane in todays age to not be capitalizing on a product of this caliber, it literally is your best defense mechanism against these harsh times we live in other than your mind (the mind is all powerful. With that being said I tried the blends about a year ago, after being skeptical on the price ( it seemed high for blends) keyword… seemed. These blends last forever, and you will be happy to pay the price when you feel the effects. I did not quite understand the power of these herbs until I finished my first round, at that time I was having my first child and I said to myself “I’m a father now, I don’t need to be spending $500 on herbs each month.” AND BOY WAS I WRONG. Those following months I fell into a hole of anxiety, and worry, I felt I was slacking on my work and I was less motivated. Its funny how the mind works as I didn’t chalk it up to being the blends. I blamed myself making the situation worse. It got bad to the point where I started searching again and I remembered interstellar, and realized that was the only difference between flying high and gliding low just getting by.. I finally ordered the blends again last week and have used them for 3 days now: Seven Sages, Trinity and Shilajit. FUCK!!! excuse my language but what was I thinking. Since being back on ive already noticed tremendous changes, yesterday I fasted for 20 hours and walked 6 miles and did some weight lifting, when it came time to eat, my body didn’t even care for the food! that’s the craziest part, after all the exertion I was still satisfied. That says a lot about the nutrients and minerals you are receiving from these blends they are absolutely crucial. Another crazy benefit I did not expect is how in touch it has made me with myself. I have been a avid cannabis used for 10 years, Bob Marley is my hero… but I realized now I was just using the cannabis as a crutch to feel more loving and connected with this universe, and since taking the blends that void is filled and I have no desire to smoke anymore, id rather be high off my own supply through deep breath work now. I notice just after these 3 days my wife and family are a bit afraid, of what’s to come. I see there mind running ” holy shit, how are we going to keep up with you”? Needless to say I am preaching the blends to everyone, and I have since got my wife and my father on board. This is life changing!

   It’s been over a year now that I found the most relief from both my anxiety and depression, as well as my physical lower back pain. In turn, this has led to the adoption of a newfound lifestyle that includes socialization, physical fitness, mental well-being, and just an overall sense of health. While Gavin with Interstellar Blends offers many different formulas, I have benefited the most from the Shilajit, Matcha, Peel, Spice, Nebula, Pine Pollen, and my absolute favorite: Trinity. Oh, I forgot to mention Seven Sages, which is probably my second favorite to Trinity. It includes seven different blends, each assigned to a different day of the week. These blends basically, from what I understand, stimulate a different part of our brains each day, so that we prevent things like anxiety and depression. I look at it as expanding our minds and therefore potential. Back to Trinity, I factually know this blend in particular has benefited me the most in every aforementioned way. I take Trinity in the morning to start my day in a way that I know will set me up for success, because Trinity in a smaller dose can treat my anxiety and depression in ways that benzodiazepines and SSRI’s never could and never will be able to. In the evenings I take a much larger dose of Trinity that allows me to sleep a full eight, uninterrupted hours. When we first started taking these blends and ran out of Trinity, it took less than one week, actually half of one, for me to feel like a completely different person again. I felt the agony I had for so many years in the past. I immediately knew that this blend, again, in particular had changed my life for the better, unlike any other attempted alternative. We reached out to Gavin and he sent us another package of Trinity right away, and I am not exaggerating whatsoever when I say I felt relief within hours of taking my first dose again. By the next day and especially the following I felt completely mentally and emotionally stable once more.

   I cannot promote these blends with more passion, as I truly believe in them and know they have offered me a quality of life that I honestly thought I would never have.
