   Amazing, amazing, amazing!
   Talk about focus, balance and appetite control!! This stuff is amazing. I did the week long dry fast with this and I not only did it (which I thought was impossible beforehand) but I did it WELL!! Trinity made it easy on me. It gave me balanced blood sugars and boosted my mental focus and kept me going strong though the fast!! After the week was done I was down nearly 20 lbs and I felt better afterward than I have felt in years!! I couldn’t have done it without Trinity and Gavin’s guidance! Not only did I get my product right away, but he was there to answer my questions right away and encourage me through the difficult parts.
   I am so impressed with this blend and use it regularly now.

   This is one of the first blends I tried from Gavin and I LOVE it.
   It makes me brim and hum with clean energy from the cells up.
   I am very active, doing gymnastics, climbing, martial arts, and programming, so I need to be at the top of my game mentally and physically all day long.
   I invest in the best quality nutrition I can find, and this is no doubt some of the best I’ve ever found!

   I’ve had ADD for my entire life and felt stupid until I had a son diagnosed with ADHD and realized that was my problem. Went on Adderall and felt like a rocket scientist!! Until the daily headaches started and I had to stop taking it. The side effects were awful! I am an avid intermittent faster and learned about dry fasting which led me here… I began taking Trinity and found that it totally cleared the brain fog, it makes me connect the dots just like Adderall did and there are ZERO side effects (other than feeling GREAT). So grateful to have found this solution!

   I think Trinity is my “Go-To” blend. A 1/4 teaspoon 1st thing in the morning and I am alert, focused, grounded and overall calm. I have been battling primary progressive multiple sclerosis for almost 30 years and am a little worn out from this ongoing battle. About a year ago I met Gavin and was introduced to his special blends of herbs. While I am regrouping and regaining my energy to fight again, Trinity has helped me maintain a level ground. This blend works better for me than the blends and acupuncture I received from my Chinese doctor. Trinity is excellent for anxiety, depression, emotional eating, brain fog, to name a few! Thank you!

   After having taken the original Interstellar Blend for several months (I am a huge fan of tonic herbs and this is my new staple herb blend!), I ordered sample sizes of Trinity and Thermogenesis to use with some fasting I was planning to do. After a little while I hadn’t done the fasts yet, and after a very stressful day I got a tooth infection in a weak tooth. My jaw swelled up and was uncomfortable and painful. I have healed tooth infections before on my own, but it usually takes some time. This time, I decided to go into a deep fasting state (almost a dry fast, but with Trinity and Thermo and minimal amounts of water). I fasted and rested deeply for 44 hours. I was in deep level ketosis halfway into the fast. By the time I finished, the puffy, swollen tooth infection had literally dried up! The autophagy process had eaten up the infected tissue, and my tooth and jaw were back to normal. I know this fast would have been significantly harder if I didn’t have Trinity – I would be having really rough moments, and within several minutes of having Trinity in a little water, my body would feel relaxed and calm, and my brain and nervous system returned to balance and ease. I am going to keep Trinity around and alternate it with my other Interstellar herbs. It has a calming, balancing feeling that helps me ride through daily life challenges with so much more ease.

   This singular blend has fixed more issues for more people than I can count. The FB posts about this blend from people are just incredible! If you have a health or body/mind issue, then it’s very likely that this blend will drastically improve it. If you’re unsure, then send a message and ask! They’re very responsive and take customer service seriously.
   This is the highest quality most comprehensive herbal blend on the planet (except for Seven Sages which is still in beta). If you try just one blend this is the one to start with!
   No matter how bad a bad day is, it turns into a good day with Trinity. Just 1/8 to 1/4 tsp a day is plenty for most. Helps me to feel calm, clear, buoyant, naturally joyful and light, helps remove those feelings of depression, doom and gloom, where the world is caving in on you.
   Tired of life? Every day pretty much sucks? Can’t think, can’t focus, tired all the time, can’t do family time at home or perform on the job anymore?    I drink trinity and thermo together mixed with tea almost on a daily basis. I have noticed drastic changes in my over all mood. If you need a little help focusing on the glass being have full these blends are great. I noticed it really helped me ignore other peoples petty negative bs. My mood isn’t as easily effected by their energy. I’m able to keep my positive outlook and just be more of the me ive always wanted. I feel more confidence, and mentally sharper and full of energy. Overall just more in control of my feelings. I often battle some feelings of anxiety and these herbs deffinitely have helped alleviate them along with some problems with procrastination. Ive always been interested in herbs and their effects on our minds bodies, im so glad Gavin has done all the work to put the best of the best herbs all in a few convienient powered blends. Overall im a healthy person but since ive taken the herbs on a regular basis i have not been sick. It seems there are people all around coming down with stuff but im still uneffected. Thanks Gavin

    With Instersteller herbal blends, I consider these times very exciting to be alive. Every individual just has to try for themselves as I cannot fully articulate what it feels like to be on these, but I’ll try. I got my first blends (Ultimate combo) sometime towards the end of last year and have been fine tuning the dosages and combinations to find what best suites me and it wasn’t until a month or two ago when I upped my dose to ½ tsp once a day with coffee that I finally effortlessly hit the G-spot of my existence
    Am like a kid in a candy store and cannot quiet choose one of these blends over the other but if I could only afford one, that would be Trinity.
    I get transformed into a super Woman 30mins after taking these each morning and the feeling stays with me all day till about 4 or 5pm when I DECIDE to break and eat my first and last meal of the day. I could go on fasting if I wanted to cos I feel calm, no hunger, and just sweet within. No anxiety, no desire. That I can now effectively and effortlessly go into an 18 to 22 hours fast daily without even a thought, is simply f..cking amazing and the singular most important health enhancing achievement in my entire life.     Trinity was recommended to me by a friend who had an incredible experience with it. I was skeptical, as I have been in the medical field for 20+ years and really tend to overthink things. I ordered the smallest pack Gavin had available and fully expected it to fail – but it DIDN’T. My overall mood has improved by leaps and bounds. The only way I can describe it is utter clarity and better self control I added in Thermo and Nebula, and without even trying, lost 10 lbs. I have easily been able to switch over to a 22:2 IF lifestyle – and even have had a couple weekend of complete food/ drink debauchery that weren’t 22:2 and definitely NOT ketogenic- and STILL kept the weight off. Absolutely unbelievable. And, if customer service is important to you, Gavin is so patient with questions from newbies. Cannot recommend his products/ service enough!

    Trinity puts you on an intellectual plane; it’s truly an orgasm of the mind. It’s an enchanting frequency to achieve mind, body and spiritual connection. You get a momentary loss of self; you move beyond the divine and recognize all your chakras as one. Your very being becomes shimmering light, a multitude of sparks joining with a billion stars in the universe above. It’s like growing wings where you defy gravity and your soul slips quietly across the sky like a shooting star.

    Trinity infuses me with electric pulses where it starts in my core and then surges through my body and soul. Kind of like a million nerve endings suddenly flashing like exploding fireworks.     Gavin to me is an intuitive self trained master herbalist I’ve experienced his original interstellar blend which is an amazing overall health tonic I’ve also used trinity over time which is a wonderful universal helper for all that ails the mind body spirit harmonizing the mental emotional body in a way that is unsurpassed by anything I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried it all. It seems he has a relationship to the plant world with herbs that goes far beyond a mere education. Though I have nothing major that has debilitated me recently I’ve read testimonials from people that have and have had unusual if not miraculous results from taking his herbs regularly. I highly recommend his genius to my friends and I believe his products are very universal and can and do help the world at large.     I found Gavin in 2016 and tried the Interstellar Blend with Trinity to jump-start my desire for weight loss. The special blends of herbs are easy to take in my coffee and worked to help me lose 16 pounds. YESSS! The usual “Brain Fog” or lack of energy with fasting is not there either.     It’s really hard to tell which blend is doing the most good, since I started taking Trinity, Seven Sages, Thermo, Peel, and Spice all at the same time about 3 months ago to support my effort to do an overall overhaul of my physical, psychological, and emotional well-being.

    I’ve been a chronic pot smoker on and off all my adult life, and I know that it has contributed greatly to creating bouts of depression, sometimes suicidal – to say nothing of the general lethargy I experience after months on end of daily use. The first thing I noticed after I began taking the blends is that the depression lifted and the lethargy gave way – even before I stopped smoking!

    Then I stopped smoking and kept taking the blends, and holy cow – now I wake with energy, I have energy all day, and even when I flag in the afternoon, I’ll take a little nap and wake up refreshed.

    Now that I’m out of the weed-fog, the next obstacle I’m tackling is my eating habits; I’m attracted to fasting but haven’t had consistent good luck with it in the past, since I’m the cook in my family and nobody else is interested in going even 22/2, much less 72 hours without food. At some point, though, I’ll take that on and I’ll already have the blend habit in place to make it that much easier.

    All that to say, I’m sold on the effectiveness of these blends, and look forward to seeing even more amazing results!

    There are many products on the internet that promise energy and health, but most are ineffective. It is not so with Trinity. I was encouraged to buy it after being part of the group on Dry Fast. The fact that the ingredients are carefully chosen as well as their scientific proven qualities were a good reason for me to buy Trinity.

    I have used Trinity for a few months and I was very satisfied with it: more energy, more mental focus, no adverse effects, while all ingredients were 100% natural. The product went very well with my coffee – actually it gave it a special flavor.

    All in all, I would recommend Trinity to all those interested in having a productive day, being in a great mood and enjoying life. I am looking forward from further products from Gavin, which I would surely try.

    Trinity literally changes the way I enjoy life. I do not pretend to know exactly how it works but it does. My daughter told me about Trinity and actually left a package for me when she was visiting and encouraged me to try it. It was actually six months before I picked up the package and put some in my coffee. This was after she asked me several times if I had tried it. I am not a person who tries new things easily; but I can tell you I am so glad I did.

    I could not understand how just an eightieth of anything could make a difference, but I am here to tell you that it does. Using the little orange scoop that comes in the package of Trinity one morning I just put a scoop into my coffee. I forgot about it. I felt more emotionally stable and more content during the day. I felt like taking on a new project of cleaning out the proverbial closet that I had been wanting to do, but never felt like tackling. I still didn’t get the connection with how I felt, the clarity I felt, until the next day when I put Trinity in my coffee again and realized how I felt the day before and thought “hum” I wonder if this really works. It did.

    I can tell you that it is one of my most treasured supplements! I see the products as relatively expensive, but worth their weight in gold.
    My daughter has since ordered three other of Gavin’s products for me and I am about to embark on trying to finally stabilize take off this weight that I have wanted to take off. Trinity has given me the clarity to want to tackle the weight.

    Hopefully, the other herbs will work as well. I am not one to write reviews. As a matter of fact I never have written a review on anything before, but if this can help someone else feel as well as I do, it is worth the time. Thank you to my daughter Stephanie for the gift of love.

    Just got my shipment!! 🙂 These blends are so amazing. Also Gavin is awesome for all the help he has been. I ordered the Spice and Peel combo to start out with, he sent me samples of trinity and matcha along with nebula! WOW!
    I was excited to just even be able to try the spice and peel and now I’m able to try all these. First thing this morning I put them in my coffee and I can already tell such a difference.
    I am going to continue taking these every day and then purchase the pine pollen and Seven Sages for sure next! I have dealt with chronic pain, anxiety, depression and so much more for so many years and I have finally found a HEALTHY solution! Thank you Gavin again for everything!     I’m 47 years old, and I haven’t been to the doctor for a full battery check-up since I was 39. Long story short I had been very out of shape, unhappy and living a pretty miserable life. At one point I was very heavy for my height and even had a heart attack at age 36.

    I lost a lot of weight initially by adjusting my diet. Plateaued of course (as most of us do) around 208 and wasn’t progressing, nothing was changing and I actually began to notice I was starting to get sick all the time and was always tired and sluggish, just blah. I also started to notice some decline in thinking and reaction times and wasn’t happy about that either. Had a serious sugar scare (drank a Mexican coke and nearly passed out) the emergency room dr. said I had pre diabetes and through research and sheer luck, I was introduced to Interstellar Blends and Intermittent Dry Fasting.

    After 3 years, and dropping from 208 to 175, and then building back up with lots of exercise and the blends, TRINITY for mind (and pine pollen helped in the beginning the most with muscle growth) I am now a decent 190. Still a work in progress but the real news is: I went to my Dr. last week (had a kidney stone stuck in my bladder that was making me think something else more serious was happening, scary) and aside from having a really high level of iron in my blood, (a side effect I’m told of keto diet?) my Dr. said my numbers were like that of a 30 year old. Zero indicators of diabetes at all, all hormone levels at 30 year old levels, everything, in the best possible state anyone can ask for! Between the blends and a low level of ketosis (I’m super low carb now, but not no carb) the brain fog is 100% gone and I attribute every bit of it to Trinity, Interstellar Blends, a superb diet and 22/2 intermittent fasting.. I 100% feel the best I ever have, these blends and this lifestyle are amazing!!

    A year ago I had issues in my life with people . I was already healthy somewhat smoking but overall pretty healthy. I usually do justice for myself when I practice daily yoga /meditation etc “ Natural ways of expanding consciousness & harmony in life “
    My friend has been using Seven Sages and put some in coffee one morning.
    1 hour after drinking the coffee while in a spiritual practice I noticed a huge expansive field-nature in my head space. It was like my brain had grew its connection with pervasive space in head . I could go on about this experience and the beautiful thing is I first had the intestellar effect bestowed on me whilst in spiritual practice. So the first impression for me was a lasting one until this day. This is not just charged with immense healing power but also contains the ability to expand spiritual energy and mystic experience.

    Finding out about Gavins blends was life changing for me. For years I suffered from PCOS, anxiety/depression, and constant lower back pain. Over the summer i followed the 22/2 program mega dosing with trinity, nebula, shilajit, peel & spice, seven sages, and pine pollen. The chronic back pain I had for years was gone within a week. I finally was able to sleep through the night.
    I’ve always had issues with anxiety, depression, and mood swings. Taking the blends has changed me into a much happier, emotionally stable person. Trinity has had such a calming effect on my moods without leaving me feeling tired or depressed. Nebula has also been another favorite of mine! It gives the extra energy boost I need and leaves me feeling motivated. My job as a nurse can be very stressful, so nebula gives me what I need to make it through tough shifts.
    Another unexpected blessing was the blends helping with my PCOS. I became pregnant when doctors told me I never would have another child. I believe the blends played a huge role in my pregnancy and its such a blessing. As of right now I am only taking small doses of trinity, peel & spice, shilajit, and pine pollen.     I am happy, blessed and proud to say that I have been taking Interstellar Herbs since back in 2015, when only THE ORIGINAL blend existed. I had been a holistic personal trainer for years, and tried so many products in an attempt to help, not only myself, but my clients in various areas of their health and wellness. I personally had suffered with anxiety my whole life and had tried every natural product out there! It seemed the older I got, the worse the anxiety and I finally succumbed to trying pharma drugs in order to deal with it. My doctor, and most doctors prescribe depression meds for anxiety. I kept saying I am not depressed, I have anxiety, there is a difference! She told me the antidepressant drugs also treat anxiety, so I tried. Well, I ended up trying 3 different ones and they all ended up making me depressed and actually, feel crazy! They made my brain spin and I began to have depressive melt downs which I had never experienced before.

    Enter Interstellar ORIGINAL. After following Gavin and reading about the results others were experiencing I began reviewing all of the ingredients and research from that blend, I decided to give it a try. For the first time in my life I experienced calm clarity and energy that wasn’t manic, or jittery. I was hooked, in a good way!!!! I never looked back. I began Intermittant Fasting, typically doing 3 days twice a month. I did lose some weight but I was mainly doing this to reset my body at a cellular level and rid myself of any damaged cells that could lead to disease. I finally felt normal, strong and amazing.

    Gavin introduced Shilajit, Pine Pollen, Ceremonial (Highest Grade) Green Tea and I added those. Boom! Up I rose, feeling better and better all the time. The Pine Pollen helped balance my hormones and made my hair grow like crazy among other things. The Green Tea gave me even more healthy energy and is super anti-aging as well.

    Next came SuperNova, a more concentrated version of THE ORIGINAL blend, which was really great because I didn’t have to use as much product and still got the same, if not even more, benefit!!! I really didn’t think that could be improved upon! During that time, without realizing a why, I just naturally dropped to basically eating once a day as I wasn’t hungry all day and had great energy with the combined products so far. The few extra pounds I was still holding just melted off then.

    Next was Gavins Thermo, which is also an amazing product! However, I work outside in Florida heat, so I backed off of this one just because it did heat me up and I didn’t need the warmth, or to burn off anymore weight. It is still amazing though for anyone needed those benefits!!

    The HOLY GRAIL of all the products for me though was TRINITY!!! Honestly, it still is! If I thought I had calm clarity and less anxiety before, I honestly felt like something in my brain shifted into the Interstellar realm when I added Trinity. I believe I was so used to living with such intense anxiety that the relief I had from the Original and SuperNova had eliminated it and it did reduce it to a level I had never experienced. HOWEVER, TRINITY is my LOVE! TRINITY obliterated the remaining anxiety that I didn’t realize I still had and the total calm, clarity peace came like I had and have never experienced. My thoughts become even more razor sharp and my ability to remain calm in so many intensely difficult situations I have lived through since then has just been priceless!!!! I also have tried Seven Sages and it is incredible as well, for me it is a great addition to Trinity. Trinity seems to make nature come more alive, colors are brighter and everything just shifts in ways you can only experience if you try it!

    I have continued to basically do 22/2 ever since and weight has not come back with the exception of a few months I ran out of product and began eating too much. I gained back 15 pounds and started feeling that nagging anxiety creeping back not quite so in love with life and nervous again too much. Once I got back on my herbs and went back to 22/2, the pounds came off fast and I have maintained the same weight within around 4-5 lbs since. Usually, its just around the holidays if I eat more than normal, but it comes right back off very easily.

    When PEELZ came out, I added that! I had a small cyst on my wrist for years and this product ridded me of it! My skin looked good before from using all of the other herbs, but it started to glow and my pores shrunk! My energy went up even more and I just felt even more awesome! I couldn’t believe it!!!

    Then there is NIAGRA, holy mother of WOW! Um, women, yes, you must try this and men, you must get this for your lady, (but be warned, if you do, you should get yourself some Thunder, unless you have incredible stamina already, even if you do, I’m sure it will be fun for you both!) IT WORKS! Its also great to use in conjunction with Pine Pollen for women for hormonal balancing. You can micro-dose Niagra (if not wanting full on hours of raw passion), with normal amount of Pine Pollen and it balances out hormones beautifully.

    Another note on Pine Pollen, it is a superfood, so it does replace the need for too much food and it’s a concentrated superfood, so you get so many benefits without having all of the calories. Its also great if your trying to build some muscle tone. I have always had a hard time building just some muscle tone with my body type. When I use Pine Pollen with working out, I can finally get that definition and strength better than with any Protein powder, eating 10 eggs, or other things I have tried.

    I will be 48 in a couple of months. People never believe my age. I still get carded often and even when I go to Doctors appointments for check ups, they ask me what my secret is!!! Just this week my new gynecologist, did a double take when he looked at my chart and looked at me, he said “are you really almost 48?” Same words followed “OMG, you look amazing, what is your secret?” Maybe this is a little TMI, but even the exam, etc., he and his assistant were like you literally are more like someone at least 20 years younger, even as far as, well everything goes.     First I would like to say that I have been on a life long quest for health, I am 60 years of age, I hope that gives folks an idea of what I may or may not have tried over the years in this quest. It has been far and few between in finding quality supplements to help stem the tide of age related maladies for both the mind and body.

    Trinity was part of my first order. I ordered this based on the reviews of it’s calming effect. I’ve only been using the blends for five days but I’m noticing a huge difference in such a short amount of time. I combine Trinity with Spice and Peel and it’s like it sets the tone for my day. I have noticed I’m sleeping deeper. I’ve had sleep issues ever since I was pregnant and sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and am up for hours. Trinity is definitely helping with that issue. If you’re on the fence as to what to order, read the reviews of each one and just pick a starting point.     The first blend I ordered was Trinity. I absolutely loved it. I read a lot of the reviews and decided on Trinity. Within 3 days of starting Trinity I noticed a great difference. I had more energy and greater focus. I felt a overall calming and balance. I could not believe the calming effect along with more energy. I didn’t feel jittery at all. I have started lifting weights and I also received a sample of the Matcha with the Trinity I feel I have more endurance and stamina. I had tried other medications with no good outcomes.     Being an adult is not an easy thing to pull off day in and day out. I am a full-time-working single mom of three beautiful children and a law school student, as a cherry on top. Running operations at my house is a full-on production on daily basis and I constantly have to be on top of my game, or everything will crumble with the domino effect. I have been struggling for many years not only with my physical health, but also with excess weight and emotional problems, all until I found out about Gavin’s magic blends. I have tried all of them (with the exception of Thunder lol) and I must say that Trinity is my favorite blend of all. Some of its effect can be felt almost instantly, after taking the first dose, but you will feel the most after taking it consistently for about 2-3 days. I’m sharing my personal experience below:

    As we age, most people start accepting health problems as part of a normal ageing process, when it is far from the truth.

    For about two years in a row my hair started thinning out, it turned dry and brittle. I have tried every supplement on the planet internally, and every mask and oil topically, to no avail. But once I started taking Gavin’s blends, hair stopped falling out and breaking. My hair dresser is not having to chop off as much of the ends, each time I get my hair done. I’m still planning on trying the anti-gray blend, in hopes that it will help turn my grays back to normal hair color.

    My skin has been very dry for as long as I can remember. I had eczema, with cracking and sometimes bleeding skin, on my hands. Being a mom of three, my hands were often times wet throughout the day, which caused me a great deal of discomfort and even pain, at times. A dermatologist prescribed a steroid cream, but it only made things worse, if used for prolonged periods of time. Since I started taking the blends, eczema had completely cleared and my skin tone is even and healthy.

    Most women, and many men will relate to the problem of mood swings. There were many moments throughout the day when I felt my mood was elevated, just to find myself stressed out, irritated or seriously upset about something shortly after. My mood is more stable now ever since I became a mom. I often find patience to kiss one more bruise, and to listen to one more never-ending story, and to give one more hug before bed to my kindergartener, when I was often short-tempered in the past. I surprise myself lately, when I find more patience and humility for my 2 teenagers, than ever before. And I surprise myself the most, when I am able to give kindness to myself. I used to be pretty hard on myself, placing unreasonable expectations and pressing forward, no matter the cost. Now I am being a lot more realistic and find fun and interesting things that I actually enjoy doing, which helps me have a better quality of life and a better mom for my children. Don’t get me wrong, I still have plenty of stress in my life, but my reaction to it is much different. I have a sense of calmness and peace, and it is in this state that I am able to make better decisions and have better interactions with everyone around me.

    I’ve had an issue with blood sugar levels for a while, although I was never diagnosed with diabetes (but both of parents have). I have attempted intermittent fasting, but found it difficult because I often felt strong hunger pangs, shakiness and dizziness, combined with being moody and irritable. After many attempts, I gave up on the idea of fasting and watched my waistline expand. But with the blends, I found it to be almost easy to stay away from food for 66 hours at a time. I am still preparing for the 88 hour fast, and I am confident that with the right mindset and Gavin’s blends in my kitchen cabinet, I will achieve that goal soon enough.

    I have suffered from anxiety/depression my entire life. A couple of months back, a buddy of mine had mentioned to me that he was going to give this Trinity stuff a try. He said it was pricey, but heard only amazing things about it. I was in instant curiosity. My entire life i have been prescribed anti depressants, benzos, you name it. My entire life nothing ever had worked. Maybe for the time being on the drug, but then it always would have its come down, then back to hell.

    I was skeptical about these herbs for a few reasons. Usually, I avoid products with this many ingredients. I generally think less is more but I was proven wrong. Also, the price is pretty high, but they claim it is because it is the best of the best. I really don’t know what the quality is, without having any proof, but I felt great and am reordering. 

    I kept an open mind and gave Trinity a try. I was really delighted by the effects I felt from drinking this blend. First, I was able to give up coffee by replacing it with Trinity and mixed with black tea instead. There’s nothing wrong with coffee per se, but for me, it really wasn’t serving me and with this blend I never missed it. Reducing my caffeine and adding these herbs also helped improve my sleep.

    I noticed a balanced and sustained level of energy with no jitters or headaches. I experienced more balanced blood sugar. I never got hangry when I was drinking Trinity. It made fasting really easy when I wanted to do it. Also, my spouse and I both noticed a gentle sense of euphoria when drinking these herbs. We would joke about there being some kind of unmentioned drug in the blend because we weren’t sure which ingredient was causing this.  

    If you’re on the fence, it’s worth giving it a shot. You use such a small amount that one bag lasts a really long time. I look forward to trying some new blends.

    I’ve been taking trinity for the past few weeks and love that with interstellar blends! I watched a friend take these blends for the past few years and always wanted to give it a try! So I finally did.

    My name is Tarek Fanous and my first purchase was the trinity blend back in Nov 2018. I was having sleeping problems and Gavin recommended to use Trinity to eventually sleep better. Trinity does not put you to sleep right away but eventually if you take it consistently you will go to sleep earlier and you will get better rest. It is not mainly for sleeping problems but it helps. Trinity relaxes you and takes out anxiety. It really does calm you down. My mom is on ACB, Trinity, Peel, Spice and Matcha. On the first day she felt great and one time after she took the blend altogether went to bed 30 mins later. My father loves it. He started taking it back in August 2019. First cup of trinity he had and as soon as he finished it. Called me up and said what is this stuff? I feel so relaxed and calm. He used to get 5 hrs of sleep. Now he sleeps 7 to 8 hrs. He still smokes cigs but eventually I want him to quit and if trinity is calming his nerves down. Eventually and hopefully no more cigs for him.

    I am a petite person who has always struggled with maintaining my weight. I have always been physically active, a so to speak gym rat. I can not think of any time in my life that I haven’t had a regular exercise routine. As a 5′ 1″, 44 year old, I have fluctuated from 115 to 145 for most of my adult life.

I have to say I genuinely noticed after a few days the effects and this continued on until I finish the packet. It definitely made me much morer sharp and focused in work.     OK so I started with just the original blend thinking I should break myself into this as it was all new to me. So I started with a dry fast then started eating the some fruits and water after about 36hours and I could notice the benefits of this clearly the next day.

    After my body was detoxed I brewed my first super tea the following morning. I simply put tea bag, water, half a lemon squeezed and a big tea spoon of the original blend.

    The effects were fantastic, it had me energised as well as tasting lovely (surprisingly). It really gave me a new sense of motivation for working out and the work I do at home which requires mental clarity (financial trading). So much so I start every morning with this which keeps me alert and working until I have lunch and break my intermittent fast around 11am.

    But it gets better as I was given the free sample of trinity, so after adapting to the original I decided to give that a go. Now these effects were even more profound. I feel so focused in my work and confident in what I do nowadays its a miracle because of partying too often I developed anxiety. These super teas, with my work out and my general diet have all come in tangent to propel me to a higher level of being, which I aim to elevate higher with the help of the herbs, next I will add pine pollen and more to my lunch time smoothie.

    I have been using the blends for four days now and I am truly in awe.I have been using them individually to understand the effect each one has and Trinity is my current favourite.

    This is the one blend that I absolutely will not be without! I have suffered from anxiety for most of my life, even to the point of being heavily sedated on benzodiazepines to make it through nursing school without stroking out. Sadly, because of that, there is a 2 year window of time that I barely remember living! I was very introverted and only spoke to people when I absolutely had to. A friend told me about Gavin’s blends and was certain that if pills couldn’t fix me, then neither could plants. That’s when my life changed!
    Immediately on day 3 of Trinity, I could literally feel the tension leaving my upper back like actually weight was being lifted.     Absolutely unbelievable, I agree with someone else’s statement that 1/8 of anything could make such a difference. I have been taking the supernova for anxiety and panic attacks, with good results, but after trying the trinity Iam blown away, one of these little spoons in my coffee in the morning and the anxiety is gone, completely, it also has the benefit of not being as nasty tasting as supernova which also works, but this is so much more condensed you need less and therefore doesn’t change the flavor of your coffee. I love it.

    Trinity saved my sanity. As my family transitioned to the COVID-19 ’stay at home’ situation, I felt really stressed and overwhelmed during the first few days of having all four of us in the house (me, my uncle and his two boys who are like my own kids). I’d lost my regular routine and had two kids who wouldn’t leave me alone long enough to get any work done on my computer. I felt like I was walking in circles. I couldn’t “land” anywhere or get anything done. I was stressed and frustrated every time they called my name or knocked on my door. I was even trying to move to a nocturnal schedule so I could work while all of them slept.

    Enter Trinity.

    This was our first ever Interstellar Blend. I had heard about the blends from a friend who is very trustworthy when it comes to this sort of thing, so I checked it out online and we ordered straight away after getting a feel for how “next level” these products are, how much research and insight goes into the preparation of the blends, the powerful testimonials, and reading the story about how Gavin got started creating the blends.

    When our order arrived in that beautiful gold envelope I was excited. I had planned on just having my uncle use Trinity to help with memory and cognition and to reduce his work stress, but that was before school was cancelled and life at home did a 180. So that afternoon when I scooped some for him, I scooped some for myself too!

    Holy bugeezapuddles! Trinity smoothed me right out. I woke up early the next day with the presence of mind to get up and take care of ‘me’ during those precious, quiet, early morning hours. I got clear in my head about what I needed to do, and did it all with a sense of ease, positivity and a can-do attitude. I put the kids on a project management software so they could manage themselves and just report in to me once or twice a day. I cleaned and organized my space and was able to take things one at a time and feel good about my day.     I’m taking several of the blends, but something about the addition of Trinity has been pretty amazing for me. I started it at the end of December.

    My life/work has been so stressful that in order to relax and sleep it would be normal to have at least half (usually an entire) bottle of Knob Creek every night. Always more than a fifth. I never was drunk, I’ve never had a hang over in my life. I’m not a social drinker even. I just needed sleep and it helped, but I couldn’t not use it. I’ve tried tryptophan, melatonin, custom meditations, hypnosis, exercise, eating routines, whatever. Nothing worked and I just wanted whiskey and bed.

    Now, the thought of any alcohol is actually a little repulsive. Absolutely no need or desire at all. I made a glass recently and it ended up down the sink. On a daily basis, I’m not nearly as wound up and can think straight and function better.

    Interstellar blends have changed my life! On February 3rd I received my 11 blend challenge package. It was a risk, knowing so little about the company, but the extensive science and reviews convinced me to give it a try.

    My whole life I’ve struggled off and on with breathing, inflammation, allergies, digestion, brain fog, pain, energy, and focus. I’ve studied and trained and spent $$$$$. My health would improve and then go downhill again with any stressor. It came to an unsustainable place about a year and a half ago and I had to reboot and change everything. Again. I survived the ordeal and made a lot of progress, but there was still something missing.
    After receiving my 11 blend challenge I started right away, which makes it hard to single out specific blends. After a few days (3 or 4?) the first change I noticed was my ability to handle temperature changes and reduction of inflammation. I went to a hot yoga class, which usually is difficult and makes me feel sick. Instead, it was a breeze, my body was easy to move, and I felt energized and more alive. The next change I noticed was my mood and focus. Suddenly my head felt clear and dealing with teenagers, taxes and work felt straight forward and simple, instead of anxiety provoking and fatiguing. I had more energy to exercise, and I stopped needing to take naps midday. I also completed an 8 day water/electrolyte/blends fast and my first 4 day dry fast. Wow!     I have been using Trinity since the start of the yea now and can say I don’t know what I would do without it! Honestly the amount of clarity and energy I have on a regular basis is phenomenal. I drink it on a empty stomach first thing in the morning and proceed to do the work i need to do to a high standard as well as work out..The effects are lasting as well and its never a noticeable drop its just an elevated state for most the day.

    5 stars! Our practitioner recommended the Interstellar Trinity blend for our daughter’s anxiety and depression, saying that he had used it himself in the past with great benefit. He said it is basically the equivalent of prescription medication for anxiety/depression without the negative effects on the body.

    At first when our daughter started taking it, we could not discern much of a difference, but one day when she missed a dose after taking it for several days, we realized that it was definitely calming her anxious and racing thoughts.

    Now that she has been taking Trinity for a few weeks, we see how helpful it is in maintaining her mental calm, and she can feel the effects.     This stuff is the real deal. I am not someone who takes someone’s word for anything, so I did my due diligence and investigated this product and it’s ingredients. I was impressed that all the ingredients were connected with research links, however they can’t tell you that they work, so I tried some for anxiety attacks which were crippling, and I’m not gonna lie, it tastes horrible but it started to work within an hour.     First I have to say that (So Far), Trinity is my absolute favorite blend! I will admit that I bought it towards the end of November 2019, and only tried a very tiny amount for about two days. I noticed, even with that, that it made a difference in my mental state. However, stupidly, I stopped taking it till about May of 2020. I realized in May that I needed to get in control of my Health.

    It really hit the nail in the head, when I’d have panic attack in my car, in a parking lot of a store. And if I couldn’t calm myself down, not matter how far I had driven, I would return home. This is NO WAY to live. One instance this happened-and once returning home and telling my parents what happened–they reminded me of my Blends! So, I took them the next morning, and the morning after that and so forth. I only got the Samples, but it still lasted quite a bit of time, and when I bought other blends my sample was usually Trinity!! After about one week, I realized that I literally could get out of my car and into a store without crying. THAT is what made me believe in the blends. They are SO Powerful! I will take these for as long as I live!

    I first heard about this blend from someone on Instagram who introduced me to the brand. When I went on to the website I thought it was quite pricey but I thought of it for a few weeks whilst doing fasting and starting my spiritual journey. Finally I decided I had nothing to lose and my journey could only get better . I ordered this trinity blend. The order process was extremely easy and fast, got a confirmation right away and was able to get the herbs delivered in an extremely short period of time. Especially considering it got delivered from overseas here to the UK it was faster than a UK to UK delivery.

    I also got a free complimentary sample which I thought was amazing. I was really exited to try it and I immediately felt the effects after taking it.     Hey my name is Jordy and ive recently been really interested in cleaning my body and clearing the mind, i was introduced to interstellarplan by a close friend and he was nice enough to give me a sample of Trinity. As a forex trader you tend to realize that your mind and body must be one, Trinity helped me take any toxic negative barriers i had and destroy them, after a a week of taking trinity my mind was more clear my body felt very energetic and some how my urge for hunger disappeared i noticed that i wouldnt get really hungry after a morning coffee with trinity

    I’m not good at writing reviews but feel I need to so apologies if its a bit all over the place! lol

    I placed my first order a couple of weeks ago (end of July) and received it within 2 working days which was awesome! Im from the UK so that makes it nice and easy knowing I can get blends fast when I need them even with a ‘pandemic’ going on!

    I have never fasted before but got stuck in right away, I started off with trinity I didn’t think I could notice any difference apart from not really feeling hungry which was strange as usually I would be starving by 10am if I had not had and breakfast! I realized later in the day not only had I gone without food all day I felt like I had the same high energy levels as I would in the morning and this did not go away, I was building IKEA furniture at 10pm still with the same energy as I had at 10AM which I have never ever experienced. I have always worked hard and been worn out by the end of the day. I would normally do whatever I could to get out of doing any work in the evenings!

    I have also tried nebula, I introduced this after 2/3 days as I could already feel trinity working very well. I wanted to do it this way to see what I get from each blend rather than take them all at once right from the start. I have found most days I will only need 1 scoop of trinity and nebula and this will keep me going all day! I did have mild anxiety/stress with running my own business and having quite a busy life but it all just seems very manageable now. Im sharper and any problems I tackle head on there and then instead of letting anxiety get the better of me and making things worse, I just don’t really feel anxious at all anymore im very calm and relaxed. I also sleep far better and get up in the mornings easier, I don’t feel like I could just lay in bed all morning if I had time, I want to be up and doing something productive all the time. Even at 9,10,11pm!

    My girlfriend suffered worse than me with anxiety, she has also noticed she has not had anxiety since being on the blends! We have only been on 1/8th scoop per day so its powerful stuff! We look forward to getting some more blends and stacking them. I can only imagine what a difference several would make to your live and health if 2 blends have done this for me!

    I also got my Father Shilajit, Trinity and Hypnotic he has suffered with extremely high blood pressure for years now along with a couple of other health issues. He wanted to give the blends a try and has also started 22/2 fasting daily. He could not feel much difference at first but it started to work its magic a couple of days in! He stopped all his meds (in his situation he can feel when he needs them) By day 3 his blood pressure was NORMAL I could not believe that after only 3 days it was normal, he has been off the charts high for years with doctors not knowing what to do (or not wanting to solve the problem) His water retention was dramatically decreased to the point he could kneel down on the floor with no pain or diss comfort! Again I cant remember the last time my Dad was this mobile the blends have blown me away, I had high expectations from the reviews but this is miracle type results for us! His blood pressure was so high doctors thought their machines were broken until they checked it several times and on different machines. Now its sitting at normal or tick over.

    Gavin has been great having the time to answer all my questions at any time. I also had an extra sample blend thrown in which was nice. I look forward to my next order which will most likely be a combo pack, stacking several blends must make you feel super human! So I look forward to that!

    I genuinely feel everyone needs to at least try the blends I have been and will be sharing with all my friends and family and with anyone I speak to that feels like they are held back in life, interstellar is a complete game changer!     I purchased the trinity blend looking for something to enhance my health and day to day life.

    Overall I have been happy with the experience. It took me around a week or two before I could fully notice the benefits.

    The main benefits I felt while having this with my coffee in the morning we the suppressed appetite as I tend not to eat until 1/2pm which has been helpful with trying to achieve a healthier diet.

    The other benefit I notice was feeling much more relaxed about events which I would usually class as stressful, so I have found this very beneficial with work and getting things done.

    I have been mixing trinity and supernova together and would definitely recommend giving it a go.

    Where do I start? This product is amazing. I am literally flying through life!

    I have had a really hard time enjoying life and the things that come with it. I was just wondering if there was something that could help me with breaking patterns so I am able to elevate in life, in self and in the skills I try to acquire to break free from the “safety of my job.”

    That last part has cost me a lot of happiness in life and even got me so anxious I started questioning my own existence here. Am I doing what is right? Should I just keep at what I am currently doing? But deep down I knew I really want this, so I had to just face these questions that comes with getting further in life anyway.     I want to start of by talking about how I feel when I started to take this. As soon as my body processes this mix. I am hit with an alert calmness. Things that used to stress me out or give me anxiety no longer have the same effect. I seem to laugh it off or pay no attention to it.

    Another effect that I get is reduced hunger. I am personally an ectomorph. (Skinny) so for me this isn’t the most ideal BUT if you’re looking to suppress hunger this is the product for that. The hunger suppression is almost unnoticeable. It isn’t harsh and is very smooth. This almost allows me to hit gym sessions fasted without having to thing about eating first!.

    Now lets talk about how this has changed my social life. I am much more outgoing now. Without all of that bs background talk. I actually want to experience life and am not scared of it.     Ordered about a year back, over 1K worth of blends. Seven Sages, Trinity, Peel & Spice, Pine Pollen, Matcha, Thunder Penis, Nebula, Thermo, Shilajit. My favorite out of those were Shilajit, Nebula & Seven Sages. The peel & spice I noticed healed my eczema on my face. My skin was glowing more. Within taking all of these with my coffee at first I was going through a big awakening within. I lost 50 pounds within 8 months of taking these blends while going to the gym & fasting 16-18 hours daily. I was flying. The clarity within these blends & pure energy was nuts. Taking that Shilajit felt like I was on the sniffles. I had no fear & was ready to attack anything with pure precision. Was literally feeling like I was on a whole other planet & the life I was living before was epically boring & missing out majorly. I was also smoking cannabis on these blends.     Trinity, Peel and Thunder changed my life, the blends and the work Gavin does has honestly been one of few reasons I have reached goals and milestones I set myself.
    I take all 3 of the above with black coffee every 8 hours, it’s like I’m in the film LIMITLESS!
    My mental clarity and focus is insane, I work so much harder, make more money and have way more fun doing it!

    I was initially introduced to the blends by Shaun Lee (I am a trader myself) and having seen it pop up a few times by him over the years got me intrigued with the blends. One of the hardest parts of trading for me to master was my emotions and psychology.

    It took a good few months for me before purchasing my first batch of blends as I was skeptical at first. After following Gavin for a while and seeing the positive effects the blends were having on so many people, I decided to take a leap of faith and purchased some trinity and supernova.

    After 1hr of the first use, my oh my could I tell a difference in my life. Trading wise I had more clarity, was calmer and my psychology was on point! This was the most connected I have ever felt with the charts and there was so much more clarity with the analysis! I also like to keep fit with the gym and boxing, and after taking supernova, my mood and endurance was amazing! I was able to last longer and recover much faster than usual!

    I just want to talk about trinity for a second. This stuff is the real deal, even if you’re someone who doesn’t suffer from anxiety and depression, have been mediating and eating right, this will still level you up to a totally new way of living. All I can say is that in line with dry fasting, this can make you see the world differently, it puts you into a state with as little as an 1/8 tsp. The zone you get in to is clarity, you sight becomes sharper, you mind is quiet, nothing seems to bother you, colours are vivid, you’re not high, not low but in the centre. It’s another level and for me it’s been the most important blend and like I said a little ford a long way.

    I was a bit concerned when I first purchased trinity herbs, however they work as described on the website and the reviews, i take mine in the morning with black coffee and fast until afternoon and i feel like i’m flying while getting all things done that needed to be done like work and working out.     Wow where do I start! I must say, I was reluctant to make this purchase at first due to the price and the fact that I’ve tried other substances before with little avail however… this was worth EVERY PENNY. These blends are in a league of their own – you won’t find anything on the market with the same ingredients and if you do, they won’t be anywhere near as pure or concentrated. From the packaging to the impact it’s had on me, everything’s been amazing.

    I usually take 3 doses a day – one in my morning hot drink (usually coffee), one in the afternoon after the gym in a shake and the last dose before bed in chamomile tea. I wake up every morning feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. I break my intermittent fast at 2pm so I go to the gym without eating any food and I feel so strong and energised due to my morning dose. The shake keeps me going until the evening until I have my final dose about an hour before bed for a relaxing sleep.

    I purchased a sampler pack of trinity in September 2019. I let it sit in my cabinet for nearly a year. Ive struggled with anxiety and depression for over 10 years. I’m 24, so this is something that I guess you can say I nearly became accustomed to, though you never get used it. Those who’ve battle depression know that sometimes you feel as if it’ll never end. For the past 5 years I’ve had autoimmune issues which intensified my depression. Feeling unmotivated and having a extremely hard time getting to work. Im normally a goal oriented person, but had been really struggling to just get up out of bed.

    I started fasting and it changed my life. I did a salt flush and fasted for 11 days on water, most of my autoimmune issues gone! I was 22 years old when a doctor prescribed me 10 different medications to take on a daily bases. I knew that that wasn’t right. Why would someone so young need to take some many meds. I felt like my doctor didn’t have my best interest at heart, so I started doing my own research. I found interstellar blends on youtube, I believe it was a video about a 44/4 fast or a 5 day dry fast. (I can’t remember which one I watched first), I then did my first 40hr dry fast. I felt AMAZING. This prompted me to purchase trinity, but then I fell back into bad habits with depression. Which I now see it was just an excuse, I contiunsily made excuses for my life because this is what I was used to since pre teen years.

    I finally opened my cabinet and decided it was time for me to take the herbs. I was subconsciously afraid that they wouldn’t work, I honestly believe thats why procrastinated. 3 days of taking 1/4 of trinity!! 3 Days!     Interstellar Blends have truly been life altering! I have been an avid gym goer the majority of my life and somewhat well versed it diet and nutrition.     Interstellar blends have changed my life, in July i purchased a sample pack of trinity to test as I was feeling down and depressed and didn’t want to seek medical attention or take any of them horrible antidepressants. I noticed a huge difference in the first week in my mood and energy levels. I felt a lot calmer than before. I take the trinity first thing in the morning in black coffee.     What a powerful product Trinity is! I never knew Herbs could be this potent and give you energy and mind clarity like these do!      Holy Moly! I dove in to the interstellar blends with the help of some people i followed on instagram, I had seen them post about it numerous times and it peaked my interest. What really made me purchase the blends was the chest pains I was getting from using preworkout I wanted something not so caffeine based but still gave me the energy and drive to push on so i went with Trinity and Nebula.      So I’ve seen all the fuss online and thought I’d try some of the blends myself… I ordered a Trinity blend accompanied with a Supernova to start with although there are many on the website I’d like to try, I figured start small and see how it goes.

     All that needs to be said about the Trinity & Supernova is that you have to try it. Period. The potency of the blends is unrivalled in herbal drinks and I’m pleased to be able to say that this works as told on the website.

     Aside from helping with fasting as intended for use,(which the tea does make a clearly noticeable difference) I’ve found myself having a new phase of mental clarity that I’ve not had for a long time. Energy levels are up and consistent through the day, my meditation has become more focused and I find my thoughts wander off less as its easier to stay relaxed and not have worrying/anxious thoughts invite themselves in at a regular basis.

     Probably the best blend ever. I tried a few, I was in no hurry to give my opinion and I must say that with the TRINITY it is the blend with which I found myself best. I love many interstellar blends and they have been very helpful in my life, but with this TRINITY, often mixed with matcha, used during the day it helps me a lot to spend my days with the right energy and confidence, without strange thoughts for my head but with a great focus on my daily goal.      You go your whole life searching for the one. When you finally find it you can’t believe it’s true! And trinity is the ONE. I had been searching and searching for a supplement that would finally get me back to feeling like me. I suffer from different levels of anxiety and depression and I am diagnosed ADHD. So I have been known to experience some really high highs and really low lows.
     Growing up something I would feel crazy and unbalanced. At work I would totally lose focus and be so embedded in my emotions that I would forget about what was going on around me.      I’m big into anything performance: exercise, diet, supplements, books etc. I’m also an RN with significant training in pharmacology and chemistry. I purchased Trinity with very high expectations based on the reviews, and I have very high standards and am not easily impressed.
     To start: Gavin was super helpful getting it sent to me in a timely manner and with (multiple) customer support concerns I had prior to purchasing. He made sure I had everything I needed regarding the order including the order verification and discussions about how best to use the product. He’s always been instantly available with any customer support issue I had. Score 1 for Interstellar.
     The experience I had with Trinity itself was at first very subtle. I expected an almost euphoric “high” or “buzz”. I didn’t necessarily get this. What I got was SIGNIFICANT clarity, presence, an easygoing attitude, and attentiveness. I’ll admit, I have had significant issues with negativity, irritability, and just general cynicism most likely related to fatigue/inflammation the past 5 years or so. The biggest “wow” moment I had on Trinity was when I was responding to a medical emergency as part of my job and was en route to the emergency. Someone was cruising at 75mph in the passing lane (my pet peeve), and it didn’t irritate me at all. I just went around them. Even when they sped up and tried to keep me from passing them, I just laughed it off. No screaming, no shouting, no cursing. They kept trying to pass me afterward and I just laughed it off and thought “they’re taking this too personally.” DEFINITELY not like me.

     Honestly it took me a while to buy any of these blends. Its been about a year and now I really do wish that I had got the earlier lol. Mystery favorite is trinity, its just amazing, I mix it with Seven Sages and super nova. I love these blends and I don’t think I can ever go without them to be honest.

     My favorite thing about them is it gives you a lot of energy and focus.      What can I say? I came into Interstellar Blends because of a recommendation and all I have to say is that I will be a client for life. First and foremost, Gavin gives a customer service that I have never seen before. It is not easy to find an owner that answer your questions so quick and give you sincere advice and tips depending on your needs. He always takes his time to keep everyone up to date and in the Telegram group, a lot of question are answered. Really recommended.

     This is my second day using Trinity and results have been visible since yesterday just after few hours taking the herbs on empty stomach in the morning. That day in particular I had to deal with several work problems and I really felt more relaxed when addressing them. In other times, my hearth and humor would not be that good because I use to get irritated easily. I have tried several techniques before to keep calm in those situations like deep belly breathing, meditate, etc. but never worked even close as using the blend. In addition, all that happened using 1/8 tsp, one dose. Cannot imaging if you increase the dose. Effects lasted almost all day and I will try to take another dose before bed for better sleep.

     Interstellar blends.. Where to start. I lead a very demanding lifestyle, working 40 hours a week at my 9-5, in addition to the 20+ hours a week building my personal business. Longevity is the name of the game.

     6 months ago I relied on 600mg of caffeine a day, nicotine, and even kratom sometimes to get me through long nights at the shop. (I’m a woodworker by trade).      This was one of the first blends I’ve ever tried and I’m not sure what I’d do without it now. The amount of products I’ve tried out in order to achieve mental clarity, especially in the morning, is extensive to say the least. But when combining this with Peel and Spice I’ve never felt better. What a world of difference!

     Even when I don’t get great sleep I can depend on this to get my brain out of a foggy state and still have a productive day. Especially when fasting it’s been a complete game changer. I’ve also noticed a decrease in anxiety, a better sense of calmness and an improvement in my overall happiness. The stuff has truly changed how I feel on a daily basis.      My life has completely changed.

     After losing 2 people close to me from covid at the end of 2020, I was in a bad place mentally.

     I don’t know how to begin this review. When I first came upon interstellar blends I didn’t know what to expect or how to take it. It seemed to be blown out of proportion from what I was reading. Boy was I wrong. This stuff helped me in so many ways. Trinity was helping me with anxiety, sleeping better, and helped my breathing a lot too. It was also really good for weight control. I’ve lost motivation to look good for vanity reasons but I noticed when I started taking trinity my cravings and hunger was less and also I would crave healthier foods

     Shilajit was another one that would help bring a lot of focus and clarity to myself and the two in conjunction are very helpful for being calm, focused, and ready for anything really.

     I got sick last year and was taking the blends and fasting along with the win hof method and never had any serious symptoms although I still had to quarantine I felt amazing. So there goes that to the media and to the people that are being fear mongered to the sickness which you probably all know what I’m talking about by now.

     I started out with Trinity as my first blend and Supernova, I often suffered from a lot of anxious thoughts and feelings and for a long time it has been disrupting my every day life, I noticed this would then start to affect other areas of my life. Since taking trinity, not only have my anxious thoughts and feelings dramatically diminished, I have also noticed a huge shift in my mental focus and esteem/confidence levels. I am able to socialise much better with people, I feel a lot better within myself and I look and feel MUCH healthier too.      I am a very very anxious person and after a few days of using the trinity i felt way less anxiety. I was always afraid of something or affraid to have heart attack and affraid of doing things.      Trinity is an amazing product. I still didn’t researched any ingredient of it but I can’t miss it anymore.

     When I started using Trinity in combo with nebula, 7sages, and sum more I was in a really bad stage in life.

     Because of a lot of stress, cannabis consumption, bad sleep, typical depression stuff and so on, every day started worster and went worster.

     This is a supplemental review, I have been using this for a couple of years now,and started trying the Spice blend, as after having a conversation with Gavin he said it might help with chronic sciatic nerve pain, and he was nice enough to send me a package of seven stages, to see if it would help. The funny thing is that while the combination of trinity and spice, helps with the pain, while using the trinity and one of the several different types included in seven sages,I noticed that the tinnitus I have been living with for many years started to dissipate. If you have Tinnitus you know how big a deal this is. It’s a constant ringing in your ears that never stops, it can drive you to madness, and there is no cure, but this is the closest thing I have ever found that actually helps. I’m not completely sure of which combination is the best, but any relief is like a miracle.
     When I first got this condition I was close to ending it permanently but I couldn’t, as I have a wife and kids. Just thought people should know that this stuff really helps.

     I don’t often write reviews but feel compelled to let others know about my experience with Interstellar Blends.I learned about Gavin and Interstellar Blends last year and completed a 12 day challenge and lost 30 lbs. I could not have been successful without the blends. My package arrived containing the following blends: Luteolin, ACB, Thermo, Nebula, Spice, Senolytlic, Peel, Spice, Autopathy, Shilajit, Seven Sages, Matcha and Pine Pollen.

     I noticed a difference almost immediately. I felt more energized and had a sense of over-all well-being. I felt more alert and noticed that I had much more energy, which was extremely helpful when walking 10 miles a day. I could not have walked that many miles each day without the blends as they just made everything easier. Aside from having more energy, I also felt more rested and noticed that I was sleeping more soundly. I felt much happier and much more relaxed and less stressed overall.

     However, the one thing that really stood out for me was that I could not believe how much better my vision became. I had Lasik eye surgery f(or the second time) in January 2020. I only completed the enhancement on my left eye. My brain never seemed to adjust to having different vision in each eye and I never completely recovered. If the Pandemic didn’t hit,I would have returned to the doctor to have him complete the procedure on my other eye as well. I didn’t realize or expect the blends to help with my vision, but after taking them for a little while, I realized my vision had drastically improved. I didn’t think much about it being related to the blends but once I stopped taking them for a few weeks and my vision returned to how it was before.

     In December, I started taking the blends again and as I was walking my 10 miles daily each evening, I noticed that all of the Christmas lights were remarkably crystal clear and I couldn’t believe how incredibly vibrant the colors were. The reds were deeper, the blues were more royal and the greens were like a green color I had never seen before.      I first heard from Interstellar Blends from Shaun Lee, I followed him for a while and always saw him taking it, which sparked my interest. He spoke greatly about it and said it was a big game changer for anyone who has to be focused. I run a web design company and struggled with my focus and motivation, which made me lack on some of my projects.

     I struggled a lot with anxiety and bouts of depression, so Trinity caught my attention. I found out it contained Passion Flower and Ashwagandha extract, which I had been taking myself for a while, so I knew I was on to something. The research was so extensive I knew I was at the right place.

     I joined the Telegram community and saw lots of people very happy with their order and talking about how their anxiety completely vanished. I knew I had to get myself some, so I started saving up and damn, I’m happy I made that choice.

     In the group I asked a lot of questions and the community and Gavin replied to everything, Gavin told me to start with Seven Sages and Trinity so I added those to my list, read more about them and was convinced.      I’ve been conditioned with a strong form of ADHD. I’ve been having struggles focussing on simple tasks or just trying to keep myself concentraded on important tasks. The doctor prescribed me, after a while of testing, some medication. The medication helped me with my problem but only short lasting. Without the medication I would feel very weird which got me thinking I should have never started this. I stopped taking the medication. When some friends on insta told me that Trinity, the herbs blend of Gavin, would also help with my adhd disorder I wanted to give it a try.      This is the first of Gavin’s blends that I tried and they were amazing. I first heard of Gavin from a friend that recommended I get them for my work. I day trade and would take these every morning, and the attention that it made me have was awesome.

     I’d take these on an empty stomach each morning before work, and they’d kick in in about twenty minutes each time. After I was done working, I’d usually take another serving and head to the gym and it was better than any “pre-workout” that I had ever tried (and much healthier I’m sure).

     I also got these because I would have small anxiety from time to time, usually due to stress, and these herbs completely relieved that. Although they keep you focused throughout the day, you stay calm and get tasks done. Would definitely recommend these herbs over anything out there!

     Well since moving to countries and having to figure many different things out it became apparent to be that I have really bad anxiety. That in itself has had many snowball affects that have been somewhat fairly difficult to fix. I decided that I need to change up a lot of what I was doing and incorporate new and positive changes. One of those changes was adding Trinity to my work routine to help promote some cognitive benefits as well as help eliminate as much anxiety and stress as I could. After taking one level scoop (what came with it) and adding it to my coffee really really helped. By the time I would get to work I didn’t have any erratic, no-concentrating mood swings I was very tunnel visioned.

     Now after consuming Trinity at that point for roughly 3 weeks straight I felt different mentally. In the sense that I didn’t get my natural anxiety waves or stressful thought processes. I actually remember thinking shouldn’t I be feeling more anxious about so and so. Not only has this product been amazing but it has also shown me a lot of what is out there in terms of the ingredients. I am a huge fan of Ashwaganda and Lions Main since Gavin has introduced me and again it has made me really intrigued as to what other products Interstellar has.

     It is hard to know where to begin except to say that I will be forever grateful to my dear friend who gave me Trinity in my time of terrible loss and grief. Depression, stress, anxiety, and sleeplessness were causing me to doubt my future.      Trinity is simply the gold standard. If there is only 1 blend you could get, I would always say get Trinity.

     Gave it to some friends and even though they don’t do 22/2 (or even fasting in general) they could notice a difference rather quickly (like straight away for 1 of them and after few days for another).

     For myself, I just keep coming back to it and when testing 22/2 without it, it just becomes so obvious the impact Trinity has on your mood, energy levels, ect.

     I came across Interstellar Blends on Facebook. Through Shaun Lee. I visited the website and started to learn about dry fasting. There is so much great information on the website. I started to follow the protocol for the 18/6 method of fasting and saw great results.

     I then moved to the 22/2 method with no blends. It was really tough fasting with no blends. I reached out to Gavin on zoom and let him know my situation. I needed help with fasting and stress and anxiety. He assured me the blends would be a game changer. He recommended Trinity and Nebula.

     I received my blends with a sample of Supernova and started taking them. I experimented taking them together and by themselves at different times. What I noticed is even though they are all great. Trinity changed everything for me. I am able to deal with stress and anxiety like never before. Nothing really bothers me and I rarely feel angry.      For around 6 months I had been waking up with anxiety and pain in my stomach from the anxiety due to work and family drama. I had tried interstellar blends in the past and had good results, but for whatever reason did not reorder the blends.

     In early October I ordered Trinity and Nebula to help with anxiety, confidence and energy. WOW what a difference!      It’s been a few months since I started taking Trinity and I can honestly say, this is a product that will forever live on my shelf! My son approached me with it during one of my stays in New York and I instantly felt the difference.

     Where do I start, I have been taking Interstellar’s powerful herbal blends for almost three years now and have such admiration for the hardworking team and these potent blends.  I could write rave reviews for many of the products here including Supernova, Thermo, Victorious, Seven Sages etc but there’s one that stands out amongst the rest (if that is even possible) and that is TRINITY.  

     I have a background in music as a pro pianist and composer and I have taken Trinity regularly to help gain a better mental state and focus in my detailed long hours working through the creative process.  The results have always been clear minded, no brain fog, increased mental stamina, less/no procrastination, and overall peace of mind each time after taking Trinity.  I highly recommend you take Trinity stirred into hot water or coffee to open up the herbal properties and I personally use about a 1/4 teaspoon each morning and mid afternoon.  Also love the earthy taste of the herbs that comes out and it’s almost like an “earth broth” or tea of sorts.  

     Overall can’t say enough about how Trinity helps with my mental aptitude, energy levels, and positive mentality.  BTW, I sometimes skip coffee and literally have Trinity in the morning and good-to-go for hours with no caffeine needed whatsoever.

     I first starting taking interstellar plans about a year ago and honestly out of all the other brands I’ve tried this is the cleanest more effective out of them all.

     Customer service is always amazing and they have a telegram group where people talk about their experiences using the different products.

     I started first with Seven Sages and that was extremely potent, now I am using Nebula, Trinity and shilajit. Nebula is excellent first thing in the morning, I highly recommend! I take Trinity at lunchtime for afternoon clarity then around 6pm I have shilajit before meditation! For any meditators out there shilajit is a great way to detach from body because it works as a decalcification component for the pineal gland. Very good for awareness of self and clarity of decision-making in day to day life.

     If you’re nervous about purchasing because of the price, you either bite the bullet now or waste a load of money and time trying different products only to come back to where you are now. You are here for a reason! Just do it!

     I am very impressed! I was quite skeptical at first, but I knew I had to take the plunge and try these herbs based on the recommendation of a friend. My anxiety would get the better of me on most days, however after trying these herbs after 2 weeks I can feel a huge difference. Situations that used to cause me panic and worry no longer have the same effect.

     It is advised to fast with these blends for best results, I have been doing so alongside the Autophagy product and this makes fasting pretty easy as my cravings and hunger are supressed.      Where do I start?
     So firstly this is the first time I ordered these blends, I saw them posted once on Instagram and thought to myself give it a look and see what there about.. After scrolling through all the amazing products interstellar has to offer, I felt trinity was most suited for me..

     “Gotta thank Gavin for his work! I expected these blends to work but not like this! Truly amazing! I started at 5 with some supernova before my workout; felt pretty energetic in a controlled way. Normally i would yawn all morning and be fatigued no matter how much sleep I had gotten.

     Then at 6 I started with the REWIRE. After like 30 minutes my head became very clear and I got very aware of all things happening around me. I could use my brain in a correct manner to respond without regretting it afterwards; but also it was a bit weird that my mind wouldn’t come back to bad habits like smoking or eating; it just didn’t feel like I needed to do this and instead could just flow through life in a natural way without that toxic stuff!

     Overall I rate this a 10 and recommend anyone who wants a controlled mind!
     And yes when i started this 22/2 I had some stomach problem, but no victim here we just go through it. Especially with the blends, it’s a piece of cake now, because I can think and do now what I want!

     Anxiety is now a thing of the past. I wanted to really feel the changes before posting a review and now it’s time! I love Trinity. I’ve been using it with and without Supernova. I have to say, for me, it’s best Trinity in the morning and Supernova mid-day.

     After the covid lockdowns and a heartbreaking break-up, I was living in constant anxiety and mild depression. Working the job I love was such a chore and getting out of bed used to take a lot of energy.

     I’m not selling hopium or fairy tails of what these bends can do for you with the right intention and diet.

     Here is my honest and humble opinion on what it did to me, especially Trinity. I had a hard time getting relaxed and my mind focused. Most of the nights I could’t sleep deeply and would wake up abruptly – like a feeling that keeps you overthinking on some non-sense stuff.

     All those stuff also had a reaction on my face (acne) , so to combat this I ordered Trinity , Spice and Peel and Autonomous and some other blends. Soon after I felt the reaction and the change in my life. Trinity really made me calm and relax and gave me great rest and night to combat the next day.      Wow where do I start. I started taking interstellar blends at the end of 2021 and nothing in words can describe how they have levelled up my mind, body, spirit and changed my life more in more ways than I could ever imagine. Life is just amazing & I am thankful for Gavin everyday. I am completely off all medication & I just love life so much. Before blends, I was pretty much a walking zombie; constantly getting sick , health issues, on and off medication, I yearned to feel ‘normal’ and I can finally say I am at that point right now and more. Let me give you a summary of some of my favourite blends:

     TRINITY : Before meeting Trinity I was a complete daily mess of anxiety & depression. I would have several panic / anxiety attacks a day & I still remember waking up with my heart feeling like it was off the charts and completely dreading the day. I didn’t want to do anything, I had such a negative outlook on life & was in constant victim mode. I’ve done a complete 180 on Trinity, she’s made the biggest impact on me & I could never live without it again. I don’t have anxiety anymore & I wake up so excited to welcome what the day holds for me. I am so full of gratitude for being alive, I love life so much! Everyone around me constantly describes me as a ray of sunshine. Trinity has helped me fix my relationship with myself, and of course that trickles into my relationships and daily life.

     PLUSH : I am so thankful for Plush as the last medication for me to get off was the contraceptive pill. Like many girls , I was put on it when I was a teenager for acne, supposedly caused by ‘hormone issues’ and had been struggling to get off it for the better part of 10 years. Whenever I tried to get off it, the acne would come back full force , mood swings, my periods super irregular. In May this year, I started on Plush and that was the last time I was on the pill. My acne has NOT come back at all, my periods are regular now, I don’t have any PMS symptoms and I finally feel like my body is a part of me. In a sense I finally feel like myself , I love my body and self now and that’s the best I can describe it. ALSO, I have always looked younger all my life , I am currently 27 and would get mistaken for 20 – 23 all the time. But now new people I meet are shocked I am even over the age of 17- 18! I believe this is because Plush has cleared up old acne scars & sun damage/ pigmentation has also lightened up over the last few months.      I first learned about Interstellar Blends from successful trader Shaun Lee who speaks very highly of them. I chose to order Trinity, Nebula, Autonomous, Shilajit, and Seven Sages in order to boost my brain cognition, focus, discipline, motivation, immune system, get rid of anxiety and increase overall lifespan as a healthy individual.      First of all I want to clarify that I am not the kind of person who will quickly be enthusiastic without having a real feedback on the products I bought. That’s why I write this comment almost 3 months after receiving my orders. And this in order to share my experience with you with as much hindsight as possible

     I have to admit that I am really impressed by the results I was able to achieve using Gavin’s different packages. To put it simply I think these packages are clearly life changers, the reason for this is clear, I apply the protocol strictly as Gavin recommends.

     I just finished the sample size of Trinity I purchased a couple weeks ago. I do not want to go a day without it. I feel like because I took it so strictly these past few weeks (1/4 tsp 2-3x a day), I have a build up of it in my system, which is good for now. Usually, when I would drive to or from work, I would be so anxious. Speeding, focusing too much on other drivers, not being able to let stupid crap go. Now I just chill and get there when I get there. This blend increased my confidence. The energy I get from it is calm and stable.      As a software developer entrepreneur I was always on the lookout for things that can optimize my performance. Been trying to stick to natural herbs and adaptogens most of the time but to get just the little edge in business and to maintain focus I was using kratom and modafinil on a weekly basis.      Listen up!! It took me 3 years to make the buying decision. In all honesty, I was skeptical and unsure of how good a human being can actually feel. For years I’ve been trying different things to try to get rid of afternoon fatigue, brain fog, and irritability. At the beginning of 2022 I started feeling very edgy and more tired than not.

     Something led me back to Gavin. I wrote to him and received a response within minutes; rare to find such fast and direct communication from company owners these days! Especially at the scale at which this man operates.

     I took a combo of Trinity, Nebula, Luteolin, Rewire, Autonomous, and Pine Pollen. Bam! What an introduction to Interstellar Blends. Everything that people has to say about the blends are spot on. The only difference is you only KNOW once you try them. Nobody can tell you have good this stuff is and how good you can feel until you’re on it. I feel happier, more excited, bolder, more confident, more open, and more chilled, all at the same time. AND I started making more money! Coincidence? Nope. Blends!

     The sense of calm and focus you’re able to experience from the start of the day till the end is incredible. I remember writing to Gavin, telling him: “Holy shit man. This stuff is on another level. I feel clear-minded, but not high. I don’t know what more to say to you other than Thank You.”

     I have to add that I have tried many nootropics such as modafinil (the most commonly known) which pretty much just put me on a buzz and gave me the jitters.      I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t hesitant about Trinity and Rewire but after reading reviews I knew it was no better time to purchase. I got my first order end of October and within the first few days I was feeling the effects.

     Trinity gave me that Mental clarity , anxiety and stress seemed fairly easy to control. I wish I had these in my life back when I was in sales because those were the most stressful times in my life. I take it first thing in the morning to set myself up for a good day and right before bed because that’s when my mind would run at 100mph.

     When it came to rewire I knew it would help me with any sort of cravings I had for anything that was negatively impacting my life. For instance seeing half naked woman on social media didn’t and still doesn’t really excite me much anymore. I’m not craving an alcoholic drink after drink , one glass of wine is sufficient. Those fast food cravings and sugary sweets aren’t as appealing anymore either.

     Well where can I even start? I sat on the side lines for many years just observing Interstellar Blends by recommendation of Shaun Lee. I watched Gavin’s movement before I ever considered pulling the trigger. It wasn’t until I saw that he had remedies for psoriasis which is what I have been suffering from for a few years now so I figured hey this is my chance! I pulled the trigger and it has been the best decision I have ever made!! No regrets whatsoever

     To begin I started off with stomach reset combo and let me just say it has been a game changer for me. In just the short amount of time of me trying it out I saw more positive results in a week than any cleanse/ diet I have been on the last couple years. The alleviation my stomach felt was next to none and don’t even get me started on that PURGE!! Feel the burn baby it takes a lot of mental strength for these powerful blends but in time you too will feel invincible using them.      I started with Interstellar back in 2020 and I can never look back, as the benefits it has provided me are an excellent value for money. At first I was skeptical because of the price, but please trust me there are no regrets!

     Below are the products that I have been taking and it’s health benefits to me.

     – Trinity- will give you a sense of calmness, stillness, and relaxed state of mind. If you’re short tempered like me then you start to become more cool, things stop bothering you.

     – Seven Sages – from all the food you eat, your environment, the people you surround yourself with, the media. It creates a negative thinking on you at times without you noticing, you wake up at times with a negative outlook on life. But Seven Sages clears all of this. You take it and you just feel absolutely blessed, no negativeness.

     – Nebula the confidence giver. This has particular helped me overcome myself, I do boxing and with Nebula lets just say I punch a lot more back! In the gym, the last rep that I struggle with: Nebula helps me get it.

     – Alderstone this specifically helps me within the gym, my muscle mass and testosterone level increase dramatically with this.

     I recently decided to try Trinity and was not disappointed, although it took a bit of time to experience its effects. I had been meaning to co a deep clean of my bathroom but had been putting it off for months.      Hello this is my first review for Trinity, I started using Trinity 3 days ago and for the first few days, I was not feeling much, however today I mixed it with Nebula and I discovered Nebula acts like an AMPLIFIER, whatever you take it
     increases its effect exponentially. I was at the gym doing my daily 120 min walk as part of my fat loss program recommended by Gavin. About one hour into the walk I was smiling and feeling JOLLY for no reason. I can confidently say trinity WORKS.
