  1. Kristina

I like this blend when I’m trying to drop a few lbs. Love ❤️ it! I get right back into the shape I want with this blend and a nice workout regimen. I also eat strict paleo during a shed phase 🙂 Also, look at all the yummy for your body nutrients in the blend!

  2. Shanna Flint

You want serious weight loss? Serious stamina to help you push through a workout with stable, relaxed, focused energy?? You want to literally watch the fat melt off of you and feel good while you’re doing it!?
Not to be super cheesy, but this is seriously the product for you, if you do.
I’m a busy single momma, raising my daughter on my own; trying to do it all. I work 50+ hours a week and bellydances twice a week. I don’t have time or money for bullshit that doesn’t work.
Let me just say… THIS …stuff …works. And it feels good in my body. There’s no jittery, hyper feeling. Only good, balanced stamina and power that lasts through my workout and beyond!!
    I love this stuff.

  3. Kim Martinez

I love Thermo! I take a slightly heaping 1/4 teaspoon in the morning with my coffee and it cleans me out and gives me a steady euphoric smooth energy all day long. When I take it I find myself working dawn to dusk getting all kinds of stuff done around the house inside and out. It was real nice having it when I tilled and planted my garden! 🙂 I also add the scoop provided of Shilajit on some days. Also I seem to sleep better when taking it. Nebula is awesome too!

  4. Matt Gonzalez

I take this as part of my pre workout while in a fasted state, I can honestly say my body feels like it’s more in a burn mode than usual.
When taken on non workout days, I feel my body is more hungry than on days I don’t take it making me believe it’s burning more than normal. This is blend that I feel the most out of.

  5. Phoebe (verified owner)

I’ve tried most of Gavin’s blends and Thermo is by far my favorite (hmm to be fair Peel is a close second). It’s the holidays so I’ve been out at parties and gorging on unhealthy food, yet I haven’t gained a single pound ( even kept off the lbs I lost from my last fast) and the only thing Im taking consistenly is thermo everytime I eat something. You know that horrible nauseous feeling you get when youve been eating healthy and then you had one unhealthy meal (or when you break a fast with a burger), thermo will definitely make it go away. If I can only have just one blend from Gavin, I ll take just Thermo anyday!

  6. Mary Nakamya

With Thermo you get energy instantly and you wake up feeling refreshed, can’t trade it for anything.

  7. Elysia Hartzell

I began using Thermo along with Trinity to support myself in fasting to drop weight and heal my body. I had done some fasting prior to using the blends, and this was a game changer!!! Not only was fasting WAY easier, but the weight came off faster, I had more energy, and my mood drastically improved. I have lost over 30 pounds and have kept it off for several months now, even over the holidays when I let my eating and exercise habits slide. I have since added other blends such as Peel and Spice, and have been more than thrilled with every single one! Thank you so much Gavin for sharing these blends and your extensive knowledge!!

  8. Carol (verified owner)

Thermo has given me a lot more energy to last throughout each day, I climb stairs several times a day and was always tired by afternoon, since I started using Thermo, I am still bounding up and down the stairs until late afternoon! Thank you!

  9. Anish

Thermo was one of the first blends that I tried from Interstellar and is my favorite. I typically use in the morning mixed with Shilajit in tea which keeps going until the late afternoon. I have found that this helps when intermittent fasting and on the first day of an extended fast. I also like that there is data to support the use of the specific herbs in this blend.

  10. Ariane Taylor (verified owner)

I am doing IF 22/2 and it is SO much more sustainable with Thermo. My daily plan is now 1/2 tsp Thermo
    1/4 tsp Trinity
    1/4 tsp Peel
in a cup of tea 3xday.
With this, I am not counting the hours until I can eat again, I have an even mood and can go about my day without thinking too much about food
(although I definitely enjoy my meal when it comes around!)
Here are some things that have helped me (they may or may not apply to you):
    1. I mix three blends (as above). It seems that every time I add a blend, my fasting gets easier. I add them one at a time, for about a week, to determine
the effect of each individual one. The next one I will add is spice. In my experience, this is definitely a positive addition to my life and health, but the
exact blends and amounts have to be tweaked individually.
    2. At first, I was taking them once a day in the morning. Then I read that smaller servings taken several times a day are more effective. Sure enough, that
is true! I have not figured out how to dry fast while taking these blends, so my fasting is with tea with each serving.
    3. To my taste, the blends are bitter (though not intolerably so). Morning and noon, I like to drink them with “Harney & Sons, Hot cinnamon spice black tea).
This neutralizes the bitterness a bit. In the evening, I mix them with Camomile tea, to favor a good night’s sleep. At any rate, the taste is an acquired
    taste.
Best of luck to all who are researching this approach. The price of the blends is definitely covered by the smaller grocery and restaurant budget. So it is

I’ve purchased a couple of different blends (along with getting few samples) & love them all. I really adore how Thermo makes me feel all warm & fuzzy inside. Along with the other blends I have energy like never before but this, SUPERNOVA & PEEL are my FAVES!

In the past three weeks, I’ve done mostly 88/8 and a couple 44/4 & 22/2 and I was able to drop more weight than ever all while feeling great.

I have the energy to workout dry fasted! My thoughts are so clear & my mind is so sharp. I don’t feel ANY hunger at all. Struggle with food is GONE! I look & feel better than I felt in years.

Most of all, I have a skin condition (annulare granuloma) which is starting to look so much better with less inflammation, less noticeable & I’m really HOPEFUL that the blends & dry fasting will help the appearance of my skin without steroids!

Friends & family are noticing the changes and starting to ask questions, I’m raving about these blends to EVERYONE! I was on the fence at first (I’m a total & utter skeptic) but I’m so thrilled I gave this a chance. LIFE CHANGING.

I’ve been using Thermo and several other blends for almost two weeks. It was hard to narrow down which blends I wanted to try first. I chose Pine Pollen and Supernova. I was surprised to find several samples of other blends and was excited to use Thermo along with Trinity. I used both as fasting companions and noticed a bigger loss with one of my recent extended fasts. I deal with Fibro flareups and fatigue on a daily basis and have spent a considerable sum of money over these last 4.5 years, following the birth and postpartum hemorrhage with my youngest daughter, on trying to treat or remedy the chronic pain and fatigue. I’ve also dealt with low thyroid, though still dealing with other symptoms even while on natural dessicated t4/t3. I still get flareups and deal with fatigue and weight loss is on the slower side. I usually do 22:2 or 23:1 fast and extended 3-4 day fasts and these protocols have helped a lot. I was curious to see how these blends could help with my symptoms and improve my mental clarity and mood during extended fasts and even boost my losses. I really love the energized feeling I get when I take Thermo. I usually add it to black coffee or cacao nib drink. I’m currently doing another fast cycle and am continuing to take Thermo and Trinity and hope I continue seeing great results. I definitely need to order a larger size for continued use and my husband is interested in trying the blends.

I am 46 years old and was considered pre-diabetic at age 42. I am not overweight and I do cardio and weightlifting six days a week. I change my diet to attempt to deal with my elevated A1 C of 5.8. I was introduced to interstellar Blends. I initially tried the flavonoid peels. I began to feel a difference in my health and no longer felt sluggish. At this point I was dealing with early onset and sudden menopause. I am not sure if it’s a coincidence but my hot flashes stopped. I work very hard to maintain my weight so when I saw a thermo blend for weight loss on the site I decided to begin using that. I began to put it in my coffee every morning as well as in my 2nd cup of coffee later in the day.
I was able to maintain my weight without changing my diet and also maintain it through the holidays and too extensive vacations.
I was then introduced to intermittent fasting and I decided to use the thermo blends in conjunction with the fasting. I put the Thermo blend in my coffee in the morning and generally again in the afternoon. I follow a fasting schedule of 19/5. I only eat within that five hour window and the other 19 I have water Black Coffee and the thermal blend.
This past week when I got my blood work back I was so happy. Actually I was more like floored because I couldn’t believe that it all worked. My A1 C is down to 5.1 and I am no longer considered pre-diabetic. I honestly have no other explanation to why this happened other than the interstellar blends combined with the fasting. I tried for an entire year to lower my levels and nothing worked but these blends worked. I am completely through menopause without a single ounce of added weight gain. I am more toned and when I change my foods Within my eating window, I find it easier than ever to lose weight. I give these blends five stars.

I am doing 88/8 and let me tell you Thermo has surprised me so much! It gives you a positive well-being and very clean energy. It’s not like caffeine energy, and it doesn’t make you feel like you’re on a drug either. It gives you a positive drive with a energizing effect very forward moving per se. Absolutely love this, this is one of my personal favorites! This one and the seven sages are at the top of my list thank you so much Gavin for your awesome herbs 🙂

    GAME CHANGER!!!

I’ve been taking 10-15 mile walks daily as a part of Gavin’s 88/8 challenge regiment and up to cylce 5 I was finding myself having very little trouble energy-wise completing my walks. Some leg and foot pain…but no real fatigue. But cycle 5 brought with it Mother Nature’s monthly calling card and with it a fatigue that blew the wind out of me…until Thermo.

I do my walks first thing in the morning when I work or have lots of things to do and even with the first recommended shot for the challenge I was finding myself dragging…having to stop and take 3 minute breaks dang near after every mile or so. Then came the second shot with Thermo.

I can’t even explain the night and day difference walking those first couple of miles without Thermo vs. walking the last couple of miles with it. I would take the shot…swish it around my mouth for 30 seconds as Gavin recommends…and I swear I would feel my whole body awaken almost instantly!

I’ve now added Thermo to EACH of my shots throughtout the day for the crazy clean energy it gives…and I’m ordering another Thermo for backup so that I never run out!!!

As a person who has suffered from low-energy ALL HER LIFE…with that time of the month being a particulaly debilitating time for me energy-wise…you have no idea how awesome it is to have something that gives me my life back the way Thermo does! There was a time I would literally have to call off from work during my cycle because of how incredibly fatigued I would be. To be able to go from that to being able to walk 10 miles during my cycle with ease…LIFE CHANGING!

I have always been health conscious but with the approach of my 60th birthday, I have really felt the need to step things up. I’ve been following a Keto/Paleo lifestyle for the last few years but my progress had stalled. My weight was stuck, my brain was stuck and my life felt stuck. I was really looking for something to kickstart new progress. I had been researching functional medicine, Chinese herbs and ayurvedic medicine when I saw a big black truck with an InterstellarPlan.com window decal. Naturally I was curious and was surprised to find it was exactly what I had been looking for. The coincidence was too much to ignore.
After some research I ended up purchasing Super Ultimate Sampler Pack with Spice and Peel. I was busy with packing and getting ready to move so at first I didn’t pay attention to any difference. After a few weeks of taking the blends I started to notice how my mood had improved, how I was much calmer and positive and felt more energetic. Then I noticed that when I got up in the morning my ankles wouldn’t pop for the first 5 minutes of walking and the dull ache in my hip had disappeared. These may not seem like huge changes but for someone who has been actively supplementing, exercising and trying to optimize their health for decades, this was big!
I’ve now been taking the blends for over two months and feel like I have found the tools to achieve great health. I especially love using Thermo for the great boost to my workouts and for the fact that it regulates my glucose levels. It helps me keep my weight in check and that’s a good thing.

Gavin seems to really want to help people and I feel good about supporting that!

MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. 2 weeks ago I started the 88/8 challenge. I had always been sn excercise junkie but struggled to get up to go the the gym and maintain a level of energy to get me tgrough my 10-12 hour work day but The blends started giving me that push on day. After my does of Thermi my energy level hit the roof; my energy was amazing.

In addition to Trinty, Nebula, Matcha, Spice, Peel, and Autophagy my life has changed. The energy, my mental clarity, my appearance, the way my skin feels abd glows,…I can go on. I couldn’t hsve made a better choice in my selection of the blends.

If anyone is on the fence abd feels skeptical; don’t be. The only thing you will lose is the old you. The feeling tired, obese bad skin, and any other ailments that has you in a slump. It sounds so funny to say but in less then 1 week I felt GREAT!! Try the sample packs and trust the processes you wint won’t regret a single decision ither than you procrastination to purchase the blends sooner.

If tgere was a t-shirt that I could buy that promotes Thermo I would wear to the gym during my 4am.workouts.

Thank you Gavin for you support in my selection and throughout my 88/8 and 66/6. I have now found what works for me.

Dana aka can’t live without my THERMO.

The past few years, I found my energy declining. Once a marathoner, I lost all enthusiasm for running, as well as my commitment to follow a training plan. The less I moved, the more unwell I started becoming.. Food stopped being a fuel for the body that I had once control over, grazing became an all day, every day event. I had insatiable sugar cravings that I couldn’t resist. Just as unhealthy as the physical changes were the defense mechanisms I found myself developing to justify my not thriving … I had a lame excuse for everything! Still, I knew I was out of balance but any attempts I made to correct it were worthless. Motivational thinking, self help books are rather worthless when your physical self is out of whack.

Not recognizing myself, I made an appointment for a physical evaluation. I always had scalp psoriasis, now bloodwork revealed borderline Hashimotos (hypothyroid),. and many of my symptoms, brain fog and bloating, suggested celiac….all auto immune disorders. I was looking at a lifetime of pharmaceutical intervention.
Fortunately at that time, a friend reintroduced me to Interstellar, the original blend. Incredibly, it made it possible for me to commit to a 4 hour daily eating window. Within ten days I began noticing physical changes, scalp psoriasis GONE, my hair looked shiny and felt softer, my skin had a clearer quality, and most significantly, I stopped waking up just as tired as when i went to bed…I began to feel a return of energy!

I then decided to invest in Trinity and less than a month ago added Thermo. What I’m experiencing can only be described as FREEDOM. My thinking is clear and for the first in a long time I’m able to keep focused on my daily goals. The uncontrollable cravings for garbage food is gone. I’ve started running again and am building up mileage. Even in the Northeast winter weather, I am grateful for every mile I log…I’m feeling like quite a badass, lol. Not to mention, I lost 9 pound. I’m looking forward to my first fast this weekend.

Thank you for your work and product. The blends are restoring my freedom to live life to its fullest again.

I ordered THERMO one month ago. It is my first time trying this stuff. I heard a lot about it from my friend but was hesitant to try it. I’m battling my blood sugar in pre-diabetes range. So I decided to give it a try.

I received my blend and started with 1/8 teaspoon dose. I was surprised to see results in three days! My fasting glucose level was about 20% lower! And I didn’t feel any discomfort or bloating in my stomach when I was taking the blend.

I am almost done with my pack now and getting ready to order more. I love the effect of THERMO and feel really good about taking this NATURAL supplement. I will try other products and definitely tell others about it. I already promised my friend a dinner for inspiring me to try it!

This is the second blend I have used from Gavin (the first is autophagy which is amazing!! and i use it daily for dry fasting). Thermo is something special. I am 56 years old and literally feel 20 years younger.

I am doing 88/8 protocol. I did the first and second round with just autophagy blend. I walk 3 hours a day and, even as great as autophagy is, I would still find myself muddling through the last hour of that walk. So I came to the website and started searching for the next blend i would add that would maybe increase my energy during walking while fasting.

Enter Thermo! WOW! I take this in my second “shot” of the day, right before i head out to walk. And, I have to say that from the very first dose I could feel a difference. That third hour is now a breeze! And the first two go very much quicker, I am getting 10-11 mile walks in each day. I have no aches and pains and I just feel calm and relaxed while doing it. Just amazing

This product is really working well! I used this product and we can definitely see a big difference ! Use it during fasting and you will see awesome results very quick! Wow !

  22. Ruth Miguel-Alleyne

I started off using the Thermo, Matcha and Nebula blends with one of Gavin’s challenges. I was able to drop 22 lbs in four days(5months ago), and to this day have been able to keep off 15lbs. What i love most about the blends is that from practically the first use i felt a positive difference in my body. The blends were exceptional in providing the support i needed to avoid eating unhealthy foods and also to do my 10 mile walks. Before using the blends I would be extremely tired after my 4hr commute to and from work, the blends gave me energy to walk when I got home.
I was so impressed by the blends it didn’t take me long for me to rave to my friends about the positive difference I felt and they saw how I was better equipped to face the challenges of balancing work and family life. One of my friends decided to try the blend because of this and was so impressed that she once said to me she needed to figure out how to keep the blends as part of her daily routine for the rest of her life.

Thermo is such an amazing blend! If you’re interested in fitness of any kind, Thermo is a must-have in your arsenal. It’s packed with over 45 ingredients that support insulin recovery, fat burning, blood sugar regulation, longevity, energy, and mental focus.

The results are incredible! As soon as I take it, I feel this smooth jolt of energy – not jittery whatsoever. My body warms up and my appetite is suppressed. I feel sharp and focused. I also notice diuretic effects. So I’m often peeing like a racehorse, which is great for those who struggle with water retention issues like myself.

Lastly, dare I say that the taste isn’t bad at all. I take it in 1 oz shots of hot water (with Interstellar matcha) or 1 oz shots of espresso. Oftentimes, I mix in Interstellar shilajit for what I call my TURBO JET shot. It’s the best preworkout I’ve ever had – I take it fasted and it doesn’t make my stomach queasy like other preworkout drinks. It’s the cleanest fuel you’ll find to power your workouts – electrifying and charging your body in the best way.

  24. C.S.

Thermo works amazing for me! I was sceptical at first, but a friend talked me into it. I started taking Thermo when I started training again after a 4 month back injury. I started with a coach and I strictly logged it.

The first 3 months the goal was to lose fat, I was in a 10% caloric deficit with 4 workouts a week: I lost 13 pounds without losing any muscle. I went from 16.3% to 10.9% fat.
Then the following 3 months (till now) I changed it up in (in steps of 5% a week) to a 20% caloric surplus with 5 workouts a week, now I’m gaining muscle and still losing fat! I’m down to 9% fat now, while I gained 5 pounds of muscle (I’m a advanced trainee, so that’s a LOT!).

All I can say is: if you are a serious trainee I absolutely recommend Thermo in addition to your diet!

  25. Shaya Lomax

This blend has been working well for me. Got samples of this, trinity, and supernova and will take some with coffee or tea 2-3 times a day. If you follow the dry fasting schedules they really do work. I find myself not craving food as much and really not being drawn towards unhealthy snacks.

I take Thermo really as a pre-workout in the morning and afternoon and I really can see it working. I can push through my runs and have that extra drive that I haven’t had before. Its key to mixing well and not really put heavy cream in your drink because that basically ruins the purpose of the blends. I’ve gone down about 5 pounds being diligent with fasting, blends, and exercise over the past two weeks.

Mixing the blends has also helped clear up some brain fog that I’ve had before. In the past two years, I’ve felt the same kind of loneliness and sends of not doing anything important around this time of year. Taking the blends almost automatically puts me in a better mood and helps me stay focused on anything that I have to do in the day.

  26. Dasha Mohlala

This blend is my second favorite after SUPERNOVA… I cannot wait to order more of them both in bulk if my bank account allows (which it probably will because I’ll have saved so much from not needing to buy as many grocery hauls 😗😗✌🏽).
I take this before morning workouts in a fasted state with SUPERNOVA and time flies hah. After the second week of taking THERMO 3x a day in the recommended servings I looked like a different person in the mirror. I don’t weigh myself (haven’t in years) but the physical change was actually a shock to me. There’s not much more I can say about this blend because the results speak for themselves but this is a definite must try/buy if you’re wanting to lose or maintain weight without fad diets or too much change in your routine. It also just makes fasting a blissful experience.

Thank you again to Gavin for these blends – I’m looking forward to trying PINE POLLEN and NEBULA in my next batch along with the blends I’ve already tried!🔥🔥🔥

  27. Erika Slim Valle

Thermo became my absolute go to in the mornings. I take it on an empty stomach with hot water and then I take my morning coffee with some Trinity and get to work. That combo has made my mornings a mix of absolute bliss, focus and productivity. Absolute 5 star blend. I’m sure I will be taking my daily Thermo for years to come. Thanks Gavin!

  28. L Kelly

I Purchased the combo blend that included trinity and i must say how life changing the effects were. I run 2 companies and play full time football my life is hectic i suffer with anxiety a lot and so does my mum, since starting these blends i have had more energy and focus and little to no anxiety plus the physical benefits for football have been amazing better cardiovascular results and muscle definition. I want to thank this company so so much and iv recommended to literally everyone i know such a small price to pay for the benefits

Thermo really helps me avoid that sugar hit and crash when I eat dessert. Also helps keep my blood pressure down. And if you’re fasting, it’s the perfect blend to fast with as well. It really helps to burn the fat off as fast as possible! Combine with walking or light cardio for best results!

  30. Stephen Redding

We have tried almost every product from this shop.. Thermo has become a staple for me and my girl. We look at it sort of like a fat burner. But what is great about Thermo is it does what fat burners do , only more effectively , without the jitters!

We can feel it warming us up, literally. Thermo totally lives up to it’s name. It seems to melt away our mid sections. We had taken a break from it for a few months and admittedly due to our food choices noticed some fat returning around our mid-sections. This stuff works and works quickly. Within about two weeks of using Thermo (we also combined it with Seven Sages and trinity) our clothes were fitting more comfortable again and about a month or so into this now we are still seeing results and still sliming down.

Another thing I like about Thermo is it warms me up so much , that cold weather is more enjoyable. I found myself not needing to grab a jacket in the morning and just heading out for work. So it’s really warming but not to the point it makes me uncomfortable, even in warmer weather. We just took a family trip to Florida and were in the sun and at the beach a good deal and were still ritually taking our Thermo.

My girl and I have come to really enjoy the warming effects from this blend. It really stands out to us even when combining with other blends. Thanks Gavin!

Ever since I had kids, I have been overweight & have struggled to lose weight. I also used food as a crutch and was not eating or living the healthiest lifestyle. I was introduced to interstellar blends from a friend and, for several months, I tried just the Thermo blend. I lost 15 lbs with this fantastic blend on its own, and then I started to branch out to try other combinations with Thermo.

I added Trinity, Autophagy, Senolytic, Anti-Adipogenic, and most recently, I added Super Sonic hair. I have lost 30 lbs in 4 weeks with these fantastic blends while also following a strict keto diet. I also do not crave sugar or sweets as I did before, which has been a tremendous change in my life. To say these blends have been a miracle in my life is not an exaggeration.

Losing weight in my 30’s has been challenging, and now that I have hit my 40’s, I am looking forward to enjoying the athletic & lean body I had pre-kids and seeing food for its nutritional value and not as a coping mechanism. Thank you, interstellar blends, for changing my life.

  32. Rosie Kisun

I tried Interstellar herbs a few years back only having tried Trinity and loved it! It was like magic in a bottle (bag). Due to financial constraints I couldn’t continue but promised myself that when I was ready that these herbs would be a part of my daily routine.

I’ve been taking Thermo for a week now, combined with Spice and Peel and can already notice the different it’s making with increased energy, more focus, clarity and overall well being. I’m motivated to get through my extensive to-do list without it being a chore.

I also deal with a little anxiety and have found this week to be more cruisy. These herbs are a god send!

I take Thermo as part of my pre-workout while in a fasted state, I can honestly say my body feels like it’s more in a burn mode than usual. With Thermo you get energy instantly and you wake up feeling refreshed, can’t trade it for anything.

This product is amazing and does wonders to your body. Definitely use it during fasting and will see more results.

Thank you for creating such an amazing Blend.

A couple years ago, I went to help my sister move house. At the time, I looked like a beanpole and was recovering from some pretty rotten heart issues (to which all of the blends I’ve used have been amazing and life saving—literally, I didn’t think I would live to see 35; now it’s only a few months away, and I know I’ll be fine!). Somedays, it was a miracle I could even get out of bed, somedays, the miracle didn’t come. It was a dark time, but I was slowly getting better and was starting to have more good days than bad, thanks to the blends. Only problem was, I’d run out of the the typical blends I used to help me with my heart issues, and so I was prepared for the worst.
What I didn’t expect was for Thermo to help energize me so much.
Now, you might be wondering why I used Thermo when I was a beanpole, and the reason was, was because I’d trusted Gavin’s products, and I needed the energy and strength boost, and Thermo had given my wife a lot of energy during her crazy work schedule. So I decided to try it, and I was alert and awake and feeling well enough to go help my sister move.
It was pretty grueling, as house moves can be, but I was strong, despite the heart issues. My sister said “Dang, Paul, I didn’t know you were such a muscle man!” I said, “You should see me on all the blends.”
Since then, Thermo has pretty much been a staple. I’ve noticed it pairs exceptionally well with several of the blends, and if you want a pre-workout rush—Thermo, Trinity, Supernova—mind-blown. One of my favorites is Thermo and Autonomous blended together—beautiful clarity, and high-quality creative thought.
I can’t take it with coffee because my heart goes crazy, (sounds like AFib, but it’s not), but I can take it with cacao, or just by itself (or with the other blends). And maybe this is cheating, but I do take it with stevia, and I’m still reaping the benefits.
For me, it works best in small doses a few hours apart, and I don’t take it after 3:00 pm.
And just like the name, I feel warmer when I take it. It’s butt cold where I live (as of writing this in early March, it’s literally -22 with the windchill!), and if I’ve got stuff to do outside, Thermo helps me stay warm.
It also helps me not get the dad-pudge—even when I’m not working out and eating more than I know I should (don’t get me wrong, I typically eat pretty clean, but you know how it goes sometimes, and I’ve also found if I don’t eat enough sugars, I literally can’t sleep, so sometimes I over-eat). But when I do workout, it’s almost like I can synthesize protein better because I start packing on the muscle easier.
I love this stuff. Highly recommended.

Thermo is the best blend for losing weight! I lost 20 pounds in 2 months, by just fasting and without even working out. I can’t believe how fast the weight fell off. I have so much energy now too from taking blends daily. I feel stronger mentally and psychically!

  36. Fabiola (verified owner)

Thermo is my favorite blend before the workout. I sweat a lot, and I feel more energetic.
I drink it with coffee before the workout and then two more times during the day.
It helps me to drop those last pounds that are hard to loose, and it also helps me to fast longer without feeling hungry. Bonus: I like hoe it tastes when I drink it in hot water.
