   This blend packs a punch!! If you have trouble speaking up, this blend will give you that confidence boost you need. It is very strong and would recommend small doses, less than what you think 🙂 very pure.

   If you want to start your day with an awesome workout, this is it. Upon rising take a 1/4 teaspoon of Nebula on an empty stomach and head to the gym for a killer workout! Even with chronic fatigue and a progressive auto-immune disease I get in the most intense 2-hour workout. Then, post-workout take a 1/4 teaspoon of Trinity and stay calm!

   I have been taking a slightly heaping 1/4 teaspoon of nebula over the past few months. Over all I feel like I sleep better at night and in the day I have a nice endurance of smooth energy that lasts all day. On some days if I feel I need a little mid day boost I take pine pollen in a protein shake and the rest of the day is Awesome!!!

   Being the kind of person that I am, I researched the individual ingredients that go in to this to make sure I wasn’t having anything weird; but turns out the benefits I was very sceptical of this product and so I only ordered the sample bag.

   I followed the instructions and took a ¼ teaspoon in the morning before working out (6am) and I can honestly say; THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING. I have gone from having four coffees a day to one cup of coffee in the morning and a scoop of Nebula. Gone are the days of caffeine crashes, unproductive hours in the day, lacking of confidence. Imagine a sustained energy release throughout the day that keeps you going until you go to be (11pm) keeps you confidence, alert, productive and generally I have been sleeping a lot better. If I consider the cost of the three coffees that I am no longer drinking, this more than covers the cost of the Nebula; not that you can quantify a cost when all the benefits you will reap are priceless! Take the plunge and give it a try- you will have ZERO regrets.

   I would highly recommend this product to EVERYONE. People that didn’t know I was taking this wondered where my energy, motivation, alertness came from.

   Be yourself, but BETTER!

   Have you ever walked into a room and forgotten what you were looking for? Or have you ever been in the middle of telling a story and suddenly realize you don’t remember the point you were trying to make? What about when you have a task to complete, do you procrastinate or get distracted easily when you finally sit down and get started making it impossible to complete quickly? Do you ever feel so overwhelmed by all that you have to do that you can’t focus long enough to get even one project on your to do list completed? For me, I experienced all of those things, maybe not every day but often enough that it frustrated me.
   I found this site when researching fasting and decided to purchase a sampler pack to enhance my fasting experience and improve my health. I’m pretty healthy as it is but let’s be honest, I’m an overachiever and am always looking for ways to be better, feel stronger, have more positive energy and be able to keep up with my very energetic 8 year old twins.

   I have been using the blends for about 3 weeks now and here is what I love and what I’ve experienced so far:
   1. I love that there is a blend for every day of the week (Seven Sages)-Everyone knows Mondays are different from Saturdays. I love that I can be mentally ready for anything-and maybe even a little sharper on days when I need it most.
   2. The description of Shilajit-DESTROYER OF WEAKNESS-doesn’t that just sound COOL? When I take this one, I find myself saying DESTROYER OF WEAKNESS out loud. I know that may sound silly but this little affirmation helps me to believe it is working!
   3. I haven’t used many of the blends independently of one another so I can’t tell you specifically which one is doing what for me besides generally helping me feel healthy and keep a positive outlook, the exception, however is with Nebula. When I take Nebula, my already motivated, positive, energetic personality is amplified. I am OVERFLOWING with FOCUSED energy. I don’t mean “scattered, let me start a list for all that I want to do today but then I lose the list” kind of energy. I’m talking about laser focused, procrastination busting energy. I DO NOT feel tired, I do not drag my feet in the morning, I don’t get distracted easily or have to slowly get my day started. I take my blends with Nebula and I am at 100%. I can run 12 miles and feel great (I’m a runner anyway-I am not saying you’ll be able to start from zero and go run 12 miles) or I can sit down to work and check 10 things off my to do list before 9am. Nebula increases my productivity and ability to stay on track. Even if a distraction comes up (a phone call or a person walking in interrupting me) I can easily pick back up where I left off and work projects to completion. I NEVER WANT TO BE WITHOUT NEBULA, this has to be my favorite.
   4. Overall-I feel confident, powerful, positive, energetic, rested, calm, and AMAZING! My combo included samples of: Peel, Spice, Matcha, Trinity, Nebula, Pine Pollen, Shilajit, Seven Sages, Thermo and Niagra. Through the combination of these blends, I am sleeping well and I’m waking up easily. I feel strong and motivated before my workouts and have endurance and power during the workouts. I’m confident and I find myself complimenting others-something I didn’t often do in the past, probably because of my own self-consciousness. I don’t feel hungry when I shouldn’t and I’m able to fast longer which is helping me work toward my goal weight (or to just maintain).
   To circle back to the questions I asked above-I didn’t buy the blends thinking I needed to fix those little moments of forgetfulness or distraction because they just seemed like a normal part of life, but I believe the blends HAVE fixed them!! Besides all the energy and productivity I experience with Nebula, I believe the combination of all the other blends has eliminated those moments of forgetfulness that seemed normal to me before. I notice others around me having those moments and I’m able to help them remember what they were doing or saying. It makes me feel mentally strong not having those distractions. I may still start a to do list but now I’ve noticed that even if the list is in the house and I’m out at the store, I can remember 99% of the items on the list where before, I couldn’t function without a list in front of me telling me what I was supposed to be doing and even with the list in front of me, I could get easily distracted making a 10 minute project become something that takes hours to complete. This has to be the most unexpected benefit I have experienced with the blends. I can’t wait to see how I feel in 3 months-I expect the benefits will just keep growing. Thank you!!

   When reflecting on the value that Interstellar Blends has added to my life the words that come to mind are: Life Changing, phenomenal, blessing, thankful, magic, exceptional, extraordinary, outstanding, amazing…and I could go on and on.

   I am 38 years old, with a little girl and a set of twin boys, all together 3 kids 4 years old and under. My husband is deployed overseas. Being able to perform at my best is a must, not just for survival purposes but so I can shape and form my kids in a way that sets them up for as much success as possible, I must not just survive but be present. After having 3 babies in 2 years I found myself having to lose weight, correct the insulin resistance I seemed to have developed along with blood pressure issues and figure out a way to clear the clouds in my brain. This started my research and foray into intermittent fasting and eventually extended fasting. I was able to muscle my way through the fasts but let me tell you a lot of discipline was required.

   Enter Interstellar Blends. I became a member of the group long before my first purchase. Dry fasting was something I had heard of but usually disregarded. As I began to read more and more and hear the testimonials of others, I decided to jump in. My first experience with the blends was a 66-hour dry fast, I was prepared for it to be hard, but with the blends I breezed right through, my workouts unhindered if not superior and my mental clarity better than ever. Since the first time there have been many more 24, 48- and 66-hour dry fasts accompanied by the blends. Each day I take them I am more and more convinced I have found a resource that will allow me to be my best, I have found something that allows me a profound edge.

   I love to be active, lift heavy, work hard, raise my kids in an active life style and work daily to achieve the best results in life I can. I want to leave this world better than I found it.    4 months ago I was pretty much couchbound. I hurt everywhere, I was exhausted all the time, and I was almost 40 pounds over weight. My doctor ran a plethora of tests. He diagnosed me with arthritis, fibromyalgia, and adrenal fatigue, told me to take NSAIDS daily, sleeping pills at night, and prescription pain pills as needed. Me being the stubborn person I am (thank goodness) decided to look for an alternative. Then I came across a YouTube video that mentioned interstellar blends. I researched further, liked what I saw, and placed my order. I decided to go all in, and ordered the super sampler pack so I could try a bit of everything. I can’t even tell you how happy I am that I made that investment in myself! I’ve loved them all so far, but Nebula gives me the power, motivation, determination, and physical strength to get through my day, and allows me to be physically active in a way I’ve never been.    I found out about these blends through a trader in London, been following him since i was 16. I’m 19 and he happened to share these blends on his social media account. Me being me i followed up on research. I figured i’m either going to try them or not. I ordered Trinity and was excited when i received it in the mail. I was more excited to find samples of different flavors in the package as well. I decided if i was going to try these i might as well go for the 7 day dry fast, being that i like a challenge. I went as long as 3 days no food or water but coffee and blends. Mixes between trinity and seven sages kept me on my game, without the blends i don’t think i could’ve done the dry fast for the 3 days i did. Nebula as well is stronger than some, extreme focus and productivity. Sadly my blends were taken from my home as well as many other things, which stopped my dry fasting, but will not stop me from ordering more! If you’re looking for a new experience in your life i suggest trying interstellar blends! 100%

    This is a very balanced herbal mixture, it aids with fasting and general balance of well being. At first I thought I liked Thermo more but then as time went on the equilibrium and longevity of this blend definitely won out over Thermo for me at least. It last long and I feel better after taking it even after it wears off. Fantastic!

    I have been taking several of the blends for 6 months now. I have been practicing intermittent fasting for years but wanted to look into the health benefits of longer fasts and dry fasting. I stumbled onto Interstellar Blends Website and I knew I needed to learn more so I joined Gavin’s social media page. I was impressed with his interactions when he received questions. He goes out of his way to present his scientific research and gives FREE help to anyone who asks. I don’t know if people understand what a blessing that is. He wants to help people live a healthy lifestyle and heal their bodies. He answers the questions on his social account and creates relationships with the individuals that enter his Weight Loss Challenges. Gavin not only provides generous incentives to lose weight and get healthy but he will be your biggest cheerleader. He also provides the tough love that people need for the gentle push. He will not give up on you! Gavin is the real deal and he will help people achieve their individual goals. He has integrity as a business owner and it reflects in his customer service as well as the quality of the blends that he creates.
    I purchased the blends because I believe in the fasting lifestyle and I knew my health could be improved by taking things up a notch. My life is pretty hectic, like everybody’s, and I found myself “white knuckling” every single day. I was tired no matter how much sleep I got and my fuse with my children and others was growing shorter. I am a stay at home Mom. I homeschool my 6 kids. My triplet boys (my last 3 of the 6) require energy and stamina that I just could not muster. I eat healthy and workout, cardio and strength training.     I purchased a sampler pack of Interstellar Blends, and have been enjoying them all and feeling so much better in general. I wanted to write about Nebula in particular, however, because in just a few short weeks of use, it has totally turned my life around.

    I have suffered from depression for many years, and while I have tried just about every prescription anti-depressant on the market, I have such severe side effects when taking them that none have been successful or sustainable. From wanting to kill myself to hallucinations to terrible physical symptoms, life with the drugs was worse than without them. On my own, I have days where I can function somewhat normally, but more frequent days when I just lie in bed and cry, stare at the ceiling, and wish I could go to sleep and never wake.

    NEBULA HAS CHANGED ALL THAT.

    I have been using different types of supplements for the past 7 years for my ongoing battle with immune system issues and anxiety and depression.     What can I say but BUUUUYY THIS BLEND! It is quite literally my favorite blend of all. This blend coupled with thermo and you will be feeling like a million bucks. My bf has been taking this and its done wonders for him as hes been coming off a medication hes been on for 8 years. This stuff saved him! I really think it’s a must have for everyone who is buying blends! Do not skip nebula! Seriously, its incredible! I don’t even need caffeine when I take it. I can only take it 1-2 times a day or I am just buzzing, my bf can take it more times because his health isn’t as good as mine and he likes to feel amped. I would pair this with thermo for sure. I have also been taking a bunch of other blends and they are doing wonders for my body! I am going to leave reviews for those individually but my favorite blends so far are, nebula, hair tonic, peel, and autophagy (AMAZING). I have so many others I still need to get and try!     This is the third blend that I began using. I have been slow adding them, wanting to fully understand what one did before adding/trying another. Nebula is really something!

    I do a lot of dry fasting. I don’t still have a lot of weight to lose, but I still have some. Nebula is the perfect blend to help with this. There is a smooth, all day long, kind of energy that comes from Nebula. It’s not like a high, or anything like that. Just smooth right til you don’t need it anymore. And then I sleep so well!

    I also am figuring out that the blends do different things when taken together. Well, not really different things, but “enhanced” things. I’m feeling overall better now than I did when I was in my 20’s, since incorporating these blends into my daily, fasting life!

    Nebula is a powerhouse!!! If you are looking for something to amplify your energy and focus, while providing more than enough juice for workouts- then ADD THIS to your life!!! I surf and go to the gym and this is the best pre workout that I could ever ask for. You can actually ‘feel’ it working shortly after you consume it. People always think I am younger than I am, and after taking these blends (I also take Apegenin and Original + Spice) I certainly feel younger.     I started taking nebula along with seven sages twice a day on most days and it lasted about 4 months. I genuinely believe this stuff helped. I am studying at night and nebula definitely helped in my motivation to put in more work and believe in myself. I think it helped me to focus on my work and also in my day job. I take it with a coffee or hot water in the morning and it makes me feel better. As the packet is long lasting it is worth the money, also the amount of ingredients in it are much much more than a regular supplement.

    I first heard of Interstellar Blends through a friend of a friend. I’ll hold my hands up and admit that I was sceptical to begin with but found myself looking through some of the scientific studies under each product.

    After having done my own due diligence, I managed to narrow my needs down to one product…Nebula! The reason I chose Nebula was because of having a highly stressful job which has strict deadlines to meet. Between looking after my child and having tight deadlines to meet I was finding myself stressed, anxious and absolutely shattered at the same time.

    The parcel arrived within days…result! I couldn’t wait to get started and to see if it provided the results stated on the website or if it was all “hype”. I started my doses off quite small to see how tolerant I was to them. Admittedly, I had to up the dosage to feel the effects but when they hit, they really HIT. I was buzzing around the house with unseen energy levels since juggling parenthood and this high demand job. It took about an hour for the blends to really kick in but I’ve read that it’s different for everybody. I was taking Nebula approx 3 times per day (1x morning, 1x PM and 1x Evening). The evening dose was after my daughter had gone to sleep as it gave me extra energy to work until late at night.

    Nebula also works as a pre-workout to help get those extra reps in!

    Although you may think that the blends are expensive, you can’t put a price on your health! I then bought Trinity and Seven Sages to use aling with Nebula.

    All in all, a very satisfied and lifelong customer!

    Nebula is absolutely amazing! Before taking Nebula I was so low on energy that I would sleep 12 hours a night and still felt so drained. That all changed when I started taking Nebula.     HOLY MOLY, this blend truly beat the pussy out of me! Ive been taking it with hot water while fasting and the amount of calmness and excitement for life I have been having has been immense. This new state allows me to be my most confident self which is clearly my best self babyyyyy! I have felt the healthiest I have ever in my life while fasting with Nebula and the longer I keep going the better it gets.

    I even tried it pre-gym and during my session I could literally feel like I could juice more out of each individual contraction- a hard feeling to explain which is exactly why you have to try it for yourself. I trade the financial markets and the composure I feel and the vision I have when Im taking this blend is as if I am Shaun lee(the fx traders out there will know)

    Ive been taking 1/8th of a TSP around every 4 hours( as it says on the instructions) in hot water and lord does it help me to feel good.Clearly made from the purest ingredients so hats off to Gavin (owner of Interstellar) for making such an incredible mix. More than that Gavin was extremely helpful in answering my questions and the customer service is second to none. Honest, raw business here full of good energy that is changing peoples lives every day.

    Now stop reading this review and buy this blend (and try in combination with others like Trinity to defeat those inner demons) because you don’t know how much a good fast with Gavin’s purest herbs can do for you until you stop being a pussy and try them.

    I’ve been taking trinity and nebula twice a day. The most noticeable difference for me is mental clarity. I trade in the forex market and trinity makes trading stress free honestly. Almost as if interstellar blends brings out your inner super powers 🧠💫

    This blend just feels like cocaine, but without side effects. I’m waiting to take it to my muay thai training next week, i feel i’m unstoppable, i simply don’t feel exhausted. And yeah the confidence, not giving a shit about ANYTHING, you can forget the feeling of butterflies in stomach while you’re with this blend, i didn’t have any shyness/social anxiety, but now i feel like i just don’t think much before talking, it’s very natural, as usually i wait one or two second before answering and people find it weird sometimes, but this has disappeared, well i just became a powerful extrovert with this blend.     WOW! This blend packs a punch. I started following Gavin for a while through a mutual friend that shared one his posts that had notjing to do with the blends. I have been reading books about parasites and fasting, but could never find any reliable sources. Then i see one of gavins posts about interstellar blends. I just had to try them.

    So I ordered a tester kit of nebula and 100g of 20:1 peel and spice. I take them every morning before work and every night after work. Even after the the first day, i felt the effects of 1/8th of a teaspoon of nebula, i was jumping everywhere, i had so much energy like i wanted to run a marathon. I could not shut up at work, even my coworkers thought something was off.

    Even my girlfriend was skeptical until i gave her a blend. She just started a new stay at home job that paid double her salary but was a lot harder to understand. I give her a blend before leaving for work, at 9:15 am, 2 hours aftee, i get a text telling me she finished most of her work and that she felt a lot more confident making hard choices.

    Amazing stuff! Already about 1 hour after taking Nebula for the first time, I was overflowing with energy and desire to use it somehow. It was Saturday, which I usually spend on my couch in front of the tv. But not that day. I simply could not sit still to save my life. I went on cleaning my apartment from top to bottom. Bathroom and kitchen drawers, then fridge and windows. I felt like somebody should come and stop me before I carried on to my neighbours house. I went for an 11 mile walk instead.
    I work full time, I take online classes, which add about 20hrs to my work week and I could sleep for 10-12 hrs straight on weekends to recover. Not anymore. Now I have been taking Nebula regularly for about 2 weeks. I am doing 20:4 atm. I wake up after 5-6hrs of sleep without an alarm, ready to take on the new day. I no longer need 1,5 hrs to “wake up” like I used to. Doing my online classes became like a walk in the park. I am able to focus and concentrate and understand the material without having to reread it 5 times. I am ahead of schedule on my deadlines.
    My medical history contains among others low metabolism, mild social anxiety, a couple depressions and arthritis. I have a long history of procrastinating and putting stuff off until the very last moment. Not freaking anymore. This is a game changer.

I am sure the Trinity and Nebula combo was the reason, I did not crawl up in a corner somewhere at the christening, I had to attend last weekend. 50 guests.     If a spaceship ran out of jet fuel, I bet nebula would be a great substitute. It makes me feel like a lean mean machine in the gym. It adds the turbo to my engine, keeps me powering through my workout. Helps me focus on isolating muscle groups to most effectively flow through the compound lift. Helps with maximizing the efficiency of each rep, because increased my ability to have steady control in each my lifts. It’s like my brain just communicates with my muscles way better.

    As for my running, nebula provides me with consistent energy. My mental drive for my longer runs already exists, but nebula enhanced this to the umpteenth degree. The mental clarity and incredible focus helps me be aware of my form, breathing and cadence (finding a consistent maintainable pace seems effortless). One foot in front of the other gets you place, but nebula gets you significantly further.

    I take 1/4 tsp of peel in the morning to help suppress my appetite along with espresso.

    Pre workout blend regiment: 1/16-1/8 tsp of nebula, 1/4 tsp of shalijit (muscle recovery), with a shot of espresso

    Post workout blend regiment: 1/4 tsp shalijit (muscle recovery), 1/4 tsp of peel (inflammation)

    Bedtime: peel 1/4 tsp (for appetite suppression and inflammation), trinity 1/4 tsp (for anxiety and sleep)

    Nebula is the truth! I have always suffered with extreme nervousness with any sport I played or even giving presentations in college. I picked up playing a new sport called pickleball and I get so nervous that I literally Shake and you would think I had never played before. I read all the reviews and information on the telegram group about different people’s experiences and decided to try it out. For recreational games I only take 1/8 teaspoon about an hour before hand for tournaments I take 1/4 to 1/2 of a teaspoon. When I remember to take it I have absolutely no nervousness at all and I’m super calm and confident and zeroed in.     Nebula is the second herbal blend that I’ve tried and it gave me so much energy. I started with trinity to treat my anxiety and depression, & it worked for me in four days.
    I read that nebula was like motivational rocket fuel so I had to try it. I like to try the blends individually first to see how they work. I started taking nebula and had amazing sleep, only needing around 5 hours.

    The first time I tried it, I put it in my black coffee and literally worked all day, I normally need to take a nap during the day, but I no longer need them. These blended herbs helped me realize I don’t need 7-8+ hours of sleep per night. My sleep is of better quality & I need few hours.

Initially I used it at a pre workout blend, this alone with coffee will get you to a whole new level of focus and motivation. 1/8 teaspoon is enough, 1/4 and you can’t feel your feet, 1/2 I’ve never needed this much but if you ever need help lifting a car this is your best bet.

    I have hypothyroidism since forever, I was diagnosed when I was 10 years old (18 now). Doctors prescribed me medication and that I had to take them for the rest of my life. I took them and they told me my thyroid was good and that I shouldn’t have any problems anymore. I still had all the problems of hypothyroidism with medication, so I really didn’t see the point of it and stopped taking them and went looking for an alternative that WOULD help me.     Nebula definitely changed my life. I use it daily in my afternoon coffee and it gives me so much focus for the rest of the day.

    This is the real deal guys, if you’re looking for something to get you out of silly cry baby mode to beast mode this is the stuff. Be careful it will make you feel like you can achieve anything you put you mind to and luckily the stuff lasts a looong time.

    Take 1/8 spoon a day and it’ll hit like 20cups of coffee.
    Take 1/4 spoon and watch yourself fly through the day.
    Take 1/2 spoon and realise you can’t feel your legs.

    One thing I’ve also noticed is that it helps a lot with gym work. You’ll notice you can lift heavier than without and fatigue a whole lot less. This has got to be my favourite blend because has so many different applications.

    Quit dicking around and grab yourself a bag, it’ll last about 3/4 months on average.

    NEBULA mixed with Trinity are my two favorite. This stuff is amazing. I have never felt better. I use this as a pre workout and my workouts have been extremely different, I can’t even explain. Nebula is HIGHLY recommended in your stack if you are looking for some energy and super powers!

    I am at my lightest weight but have actually lifted the heaviest I ever have. It makes no sense but this stuff definitely works. I have also shredded tons of fat and I get zero mental fatigue when working out.

    Before using Nebula, I was having problems sleeping with a pain in my right foot. I also had been working with fasting to loose fat. Fasting was a little hard for me, after the 20th hour. I’m also pre-diabetes and have to be careful with what I eat. Eating with pre-diabetes, with the pain in my foot and attempts to fast, really leave often having a hard time falling to sleep.

    After using Nebula on the first shot with coffee, I felt a very nice comforting feeling. I typically take Advil for the pain, but the comforting feeling the nebula gave me also effected my foot. It feels better when I take a shot and I’m very happy with the product. At night, before sleep, I make sure to take a shot of Nebula and I get more sleep-sleeping through the pain.

    Though helping with the pain in my foot has been great, it’s not the only good effect. The overall good feeling also helps me over come my hunger feelings. Before Nebula, going 20 or 24 hrs was typically my limit for fasting. Upon using this product, the first time, I was able to go 72 hrs. The more I fast, the better I feel when I use the product. I feel clear-minded and high energy during the fast. It’s just amazing. I’m really enjoying this product.

    The majority of people today are constantly tired and fatigued and they think that it is ‘normal’. I was one of them, always slow and lacking energy.

    Confidence. Period. My friend had suffered many years of an abusive marriage and workplace and was able to leave both, however, confidence was a true struggle.     This is going to be quite the story/review, so buckle up. My husband and I got sick about two years ago and we couldn’t figure out what was going on. I was finally diagnosed with IC and my husband with a fatty liver. It was nonsense and simply not true. I felt that immediately. We quit all of our bad habits/addictions, such as alcohol and I quit smoking. I quit smoking because I had major shortness of breath and it was honestly scaring me. I quit smoking and drinking January 15, 2021 and had to put my 18 year old best friend (dog) down a week later after my quit date. I hung in there. I sat in bed for 3 days and wouldn’t let myself move until I had cried all the tears and felt it all. Let me add that we purchased an old rv park, renovated it and brought it back to life. I took the park from making 0 dollars to 6 figures in less than a year. That wasn’t easy. I was still hanging in there by this point , but I still wasn’t well. I had to mask quite a bit in front of customers. My energy was low and I was basically just surviving. I spent at least 10k in herbs trying to heal my husband and I and saw countless doctors. No one was helping. I also had gained around 30lbs during this time and also couldn’t figure that out. I was a mess! Fast forward to the end of 2021. We had to legally fight a neighbor that seemed to think our internet antenna was attacking him mentally. He would scream at us and the rv park for hours and hours and we had to put an end to it. During this time, my brother committed suicide and I couldn’t even make it back home to Texas because of the crazy neighbor next door threatening us. He was on drugs apparently. We had to protect our park and our guests, so that was our main priority. By this point, I had hit rock bottom. I had zero fight left in me. My natural energy is similar to nebula, so I’m a natural warrior and I’m low in flexibility. When I told my husband I didn’t have fight left in me, he knew I wasn’t okay. I’ll fight any injustice I see in the world, I always have and always will. I also cried a lot, which is also a major sign I’m not okay. Our Illness ended up being a major yeast overgrowth and helico is helping clear that out now, along with purge. Nebula has been a life saver for me. It’s brought my natural energy back and it’s almost unbelievable how quickly i am back to better health and mental health. I cannot explain how unwell I was. I don’t think I even realized how bad I was until I started feeling better. 🥴Im not 100% but I feel stronger every day. I had to walk through an incredibly dark time and I’m grateful that I had the blends to turn to.     When I was on here I didn’t believe any of the reviews as there was sooooo many 5 stars and I didn’t think something could be that good but I’m so glad I took the first step and tried the blends

    I ordered a sample pack of nebula and started to take it once a day while fasting I was doing 20/4 hour fasts a day.
    Now normally when I fast im so tired as my job is so physically and mentally draining but literally my first time trying NEBULA and I was blown away!
    I couldn’t believe how good it made me feel within the first hour.

    Not only that but I was able to keep my fast with ease and perform at my work with exceptional speed. It gave me like this tunnel vision and the energy isn’t like something out of a red bull it’s so natural and pure and it lasts for hours on end with no crash! No joke!

    Shoutout Shaun Lee for putting me on Interstellar Blends. For my first time using Nebula, I did a 72 hour water fast with taking Nebula and black coffee. After the fast, I’ve never felt replenished before in my life. It’s true when all the reviews say you don’t experience a “crash” in energy afterwards.

    I used to be on adderall before hearing about Nebula and I would feel tired after 8-10 hours with various peaks of inconsistent focus. With Nebula, as I take a dose every 4-6 hours I feel consistently focused and emotionally leveled as I operate throughout the day.

    First of all I want to clarify that I am not the kind of person who will quickly be enthusiastic without having a real feedback on the products I bought. That’s why I write this comment almost 3 months after receiving my orders. And this in order to share my experience with you with as much hindsight as possible

    I have to admit that I am really impressed by the results I was able to achieve using Gavin’s different packages. To put it simply I think these packages are clearly life changers, the reason for this is clear, I apply the protocol strictly as Gavin recommends.

    After a few days I really felt a change both physically and mentally. To give more details, I bought several products: Nebula Trinity Thermo and Autonomous.     As a software developer entrepreneur I was always on the lookout for things that can optimize my performance. Been trying to stick to natural herbs and adaptogens most of the time but to get just the little edge in business and to maintain focus I was using kratom and modafinil on a weekly basis.     Stretched too thin
    I am a working mother of 2 teenage boys, own my own firm which currently has 7 employees and over 100 clients, not to mention fighting for parental rights along with a long list of other subjects being currently found in our school system.     I started with Interstellar back in 2020 and I can never look back, as the benefits it has provided me are an excellent value for money. At first I was skeptical because of the price, but please trust me there are no regrets!

    Below are the products that I have been taking and it’s health benefits to me.

    – Trinity- will give you a sense of calmness, stillness, and relaxed state of mind. If you’re short tempered like me then you start to become more cool, things stop bothering you.

    – Seven Sages – from all the food you eat, your environment, the people you surround yourself with, the media. It creates a negative thinking on you at times without you noticing, you wake up at times with a negative outlook on life. But Seven Sages clears all of this. You take it and you just feel absolutely blessed, no negativeness.

    – Nebula the confidence giver. This has particular helped me overcome myself, I do boxing and with Nebula lets just say I punch a lot more back! In the gym, the last rep that I struggle with: Nebula helps me get it.

    – Alderstone this specifically helps me within the gym, my muscle mass and testosterone level increase dramatically with this.

    Nebula is a killer blend!
    I became first time father this summer and adjusting to the new way of life was hard. Coming from a regular sleep schedule and workout routine I was now facing the day with much less sleep and energy. But taking 1/8 Nebula with an Espresso in the morning gave me the energy to get my work done this day and often have energy to do my bodyweight/yoga workout and spend time with my family.     I have to say when I stumbled onto this website I was pretty skeptical about Interstellar Blends. I thought that they didn’t make sense and that herbs can’t really be all that great. I decided to order a sample size of Nebula and to this day I stand very much corrected! Nebula is pretty damn awesome!

    I recently began intermittent fasting to help get into shape, but each day was a struggle since I was always used to eating food and craving midday snacks all the time. Nebula has completely changed that! 1/8th of a teaspoon in the morning with some coffee or some fruit juice really picks me up and keeps me super active throughout the day. With Nebula I’m not even feeling the hunger pangs and dreaded snack cravings, I’m just powering through my day.

    For pre-workout, don’t even get me started. I’ve been putting Nebula into either coffee or even a pre-workout drink before the gym and I am seeing huge results! I love Nebula because sure pre-workout gives me some energy, but it just doesn’t feel right most of the time. It feels unnatural as if I’m forcing my body to get pumped. Nebula makes me feel alive unlike any pre-workout I’ve ever tried, and Nebula with or without pre has been making me go harder in the gym than I ever have before! I’ve gotten so much progress, gains, and overall great days with Nebula, and I’ve only been using it for about a month and a half!

    Hello to future customer of Intersellar blends. I was introduced to this blissfully herb through a friend of a friend, and I am ever so grateful.
    The past 4 months have been particularly tough as I was involved in a very serious work related injury. I fractured my sternum, the pain was excruciating I was offered to take steroid injection, which I refused. I began a low carb diet to reduce inflammation in my chest area, followed by intermittent fasting. The company could not offer me an office based position, hence reluctantly I resigned. Then I noticed my metabolism slowed down and switched to 2 meals a day. I made a lot of changes, however to tell the TRUTH I was dragging my heels. I have been meditating for about 10 years, however with low mood, signs of depression, no friend or girlfriend, even though I was making all the right moves, mentally and emotionally I felt drained and did not feel optimistic about the future.

    Nebula is like a BULLDOZER, IT PROVIDES MOMENTUM. Because the hardest is to get started and once you gain momentum, NEVER NEVER STOP. I know many other reviews share their experience that they train harder and for longer period. I have discovered I can use on other tasks too.

    For example Saturday May 6th I went to a party and sometimes I experience slight social anxiety, I took Nebula + coffee before I go to the party, even though I went alone and I knew in advance non of my friends are going to be there I had a good time.

    wowowowow. Let me tell you a little story about my experience with Nebula. I started training muay thai in Thailand and found myself sometimes struggling to keep up with the rigourous 4 hour daily training schedule. I noticed this most when I went to do 3 5 minute rounds with the pad holders, I would become exhausted halfway through and half to stop. The first time I tried nebula, something happened for sure, I didn’t feel wired or anything but the difference in my power, speed and endurance was noticeable by everyone in the gym, especially the pad holder who was very surprised and for the first time, had to change to bigger pads because my strikes were hurting his arms! The sound of my strikes hitting the pads was audible much louder and I can only put this significant shift down to Nebula.

    Word of caution though: take whilst fasted do not take after eating a big meal. I did this once and it led me to having a delayed reaction, didn’t kick in until much later in the day when I was sitting down with friends at a restaurant, which wasn’t fun – you need to be moving and exerting yourself physically when you’re taking this stuff.
