   My staple bled. This product is so great. I noticed a huge difference in my energy levels and positivity once I tried supernova. This blend started such a great journey of health and youthfulness. I have taken this blend for a year or more now, I can honestly say I feel so much better thanks to this blend! It has helped me rid of inflammation and pain.

   After a motorcycle crash many years ago ,and being on many medications ,i finally reached 300 lbs,with type 2 diabetes,nerve damage etc..I tried my best to lose the weight and heal the pain with exercise and diet ,and managed to lose 40 lbs and feel alittle better .However ,after learning from Gavin the benefits of Interstellar Blends.Gavin sent a sample pack,so i gave it a try .    I have been taking your Supernova blend for a week now and I feel AMAZING. I am a former heroin addict, and then was on a Methadone program for 4 years. I had been feeling terrible on the Methadone and decided to detox off of it. It was the hardest thing I have ever done. My brain was lacking dopamine, I couldn’t sleep and I wanted to die.    I was dealing with anxiety that I had no idea where it was coming from, my cousin’s girlfriend sent me a bag of this blend,and I was skeptical but open minded, it tasted awful but I got used to it with coffee. After a few days I was able to see how much the anxiety was going away, it wasn’t overnight but it kept working, I don’t know how it works but it really has been very helpful and in my experience I’m going to keep using it. Also I noticed that my mind is clearer. It works for me.

   Thank you so so much for shipping out pretty much immediately, despite what is going on in the world! I have taken a good amount of the offered supplements in the past due to a friend who had highly suggested them to me several years back and they worked so well, so quickly I almost didn’t even notice.. I had been on antidepressants and anxiety meds since a teenager on and off and those were never a solution so it was amazing to feel better in a natural way but I actually somehow forgot about them with my busy life and traveling so much and while everything in this specific blend I *try* to incorporate into my daily health plan, it’s almost impossible to get All of them regularly unless you are living on a very cool farm (hey, I also tried that!)
   **packaging could be better** maybe some glass jars.. I feel like I waste a lot of product sometimes if I do not immediately put in something else 💕
   Anyways.. The ingredients in these are very beneficial to the mind and body. If feeling at peace with yourself is something you honestly desire than I would definitely suggest at least trying a sample of this, or nebula.. Trinity, even some shilijit.. They all are good natural things that we don’t get in normal every day food. So yeah! Try something new if the same old isn’t working 🙂

   I seem to have that extra confident edge and swag while taking this product. I put Supernova in my coffee and I recorded the best music I ever have in my life. The charisma in my vocals was there, along with having the energy to get up and make it happen. Also while being in an altercation I did not remotely hesitate to say what was truly 100% on my mind so be ready for that as well. If you normally are outgoing you will still have an even extra additional boost of confidence and energy.

   Also, the autophagy activator really helps me feel full and energized when fasting. When I took autophagy activator along with Supernova I went all day with no food and having tons of energy. I ended up running errands, exercising, and socializing throughout that day without eating or feeling the need to eat. I gave some Supernova to a friend I was with and he said he felt the effects as well. I could tell he appeared more confident and was laughing and joking more than prior to taking the herbs.

   Also, I tried out the seven sages + trinity. They produce a really calming and balancing effect to where you feel totally at peace with yourself. When I add them into my coffee in the morning I really feel at ease as if all my brain chemicals are aligned and within perfect function. These herbs are truly awesome and I’m so lucky to have come across them.

    In my opinion supernova is the perfect blend to give you a real idea of how powerful the blends actually are. Supernova has honestly been life changing for me personally and I’ve noticed that internally and externally. My entire body just feels clear now, no blockages, no aches or pains, just clarity and free flowing energy. It’s really hard to put into words as its something you need to experience.

    I no longer have the need to sleep over 4 hours, as my body no longer seems to tire, meaning that I’m more productive in the day and I have more time to experience life in general. Cant wait to continue on the blends.

    First time I drank this herb, of any on this site here, and it was peaceful. I enjoyed the blend and it has definitely brought me some clarity and focus. I loved reading about all the different ingredients in it and knew the this was the best one to start with.

    When I drink it I gives me that sense of inspiration to seize the day and keeps me on point no doubt. When the Fourth of July came around everyone here was drinking alcohol including my mom and aunt. In the morning I made them some of the Supernova blend.My aunt was not fond of the taste, which is not bad whatsoever, but my mom really enjoyed it. She did not want to go out the following day because of the hangover but she said after she drank she was a;; hippy happily getting ready and in a great mood.

    Overall this a wonderful herb and as said by others less is always more. I brew the water just enough to be hot and then use about two ounces water, and about 1/2 a teaspoon for a potent tea. I am looking forward to trying the 1:200 concentration as well as the Nebula! Thank you for delivering these herbs to everyone. Customer for life here

    SUPERNOVA came as an extra sample from the two I ordered and I only actually tried it a week later because I was already satisfied with the first two, but holy sh**!!!!
    I started dry fasting with SUPERNOVA alone just to see it’s effects and it quite literally superseded the website description. One portion of this in the morning keeps me confident, FULLY ENERGIZED and euphoric for the whole day. My sleep schedule was a mess for the past 4 years because of severe anxiety, panic attack disorder, ADHD and major depression (which I took the initiative on to heal through shadow work and inner work for the most part – but I would still struggle to concentrate, sleep or do basic activities during the day). SUPERNOVA now has me naturally sleeping at 10pm and waking up at 5am every single day like clockwork, with absolutely no effort at all. TRINITY did the same thing when I tried it without the other blends on the first day I received them, which absolutely blew my mind – but I prefer SUPERNOVA at the moment because I actually love the taste of it😂 – it sort of reminds me of caramel.

    SUPERNOVA makes me feel like I’m not even fasting and I sometimes forget to stop at the 88hr mark to eat because I already feel like I’ve been satiated for a decade.

    This blend compared to the medication I was prescribed by my (ex) psychiatrist is what I call a miracle. The meds would work for at least one symptom and leave me living like a literal zombie on autopilot – and I’d have to take even more just to get me to sleep and then Concerta to keep me awake and then an anti-psychotic to “help” with the anxiety etc etc… I just find it so cool that SUPERNOVA pretty much fixed everything in that one little sample pack and I only need 1/8 tsp of it . Disclaimer: it’s not a cure (it does feel like it😂), but it helped so much with my healing because my mind is clearer than it’s ever been 24/7.

    To start this review properly I just want to mention that I’m a healthy and fit man. Had no particular issue regarding energy or whatever. A friend of mine talked to me about Interstellar blends and got me interested. He told me it was really good stuff and all NATURAL. He got my curiosity. I came here and scrolled the website, only to find a GOLDMINE. He also offered me his Supernova Blend since he switch to the 200:1 version Nebula.

    I’ve been taking Supernova every morning for over 2 weeks now and MAN do I feel good. remember I was doing all right before, but hits thing is just FABULOUS ! I feel like nothing can stop me ! no more dip in confidence or any sign of anxiety whatsoever. More confident then EVER. I get shit done ! I just ordered NEBULA since its more potent but same blend and I will continue on with this. REALLY RECOMMAND TRYING FOR YOURSELF !

    Three years ago, I was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Since then, I have been on a quest to use nutrition to help fight the disease. A friend of ours gave my husband a sample of Supernova and said research it. Although we were skeptical, we went to the Interstellar site to see if this would be beneficial.

    The research and documentation on the site was impressive and really helped us make a descision to try it. When I did, I felt great. My energy level increased, my eyes cleared and any side effects I have from the medication lessoned.

    Because of this, we ordered the kit. Since then, my tumor markers decreased by 5 points and I feel good. I am thankful we were introduced to Interstallar and recommend it highly.

    Recieved Supernova as a sample with another order and decided to try it for a week by itself.
    I experienced increased energy and recovery from long walks(10 miles) before taking supernova I would hurt for days after and now that pain is gone.
    I also havent been waking up through the night like I have been for the past several years. This has been an overall great starting blend.
    If on a budget and debating were to start this will not disappoint.

    I stumbled upon Interstellar blends on a fasting social media page. I ordered Supernova at the end of spring semester. Usually I am really dragging the last week or so of school. The order arrived quickly, and I tried it the next day.

    I can’t believe the difference Supernova has made for my dog; a 15 year old senior golden retriever has been suffering from advanced arthritis and stage 2 kidney disease, recently did not walk much and needed extra help to go to the bathroom; I started giving him 1/4 teaspoon of supernova every morning (suggested by Gavin) 3 weeks ago and stopped his arthritis medication to see if I notice any changes, and now Wow, what a difference, he’s standing and going to the bathroom without us holding him, I can’t be more happy and grateful, I know he won’t be around much longer, but I’m glad I can alleviate some of his pain thanks to this blend.

    A review of my experience with Supernova. 18 months ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I had done some fasting in the past but had always fallen back into bad eating habits.

    18 months ago my HbA1c count was 108, after fasting 4 days a week with 2 teaspoons of Supernova in a flask of black coffee I’ve managed to get it down to 41! I also have a strict keto diet, I have lost 56lbs in the process and feel amazing.

    I went off birth control a year ago and lost my period for the entire year. Then I bought these herbs, took three scoops a day (they’re small scoops) once in the morning with tea. Now I get my period every month and it’s way less painful and heavy than when I was on birth control.     I am new to the Interstellar community. I was referred to the blends by a phenomenal trader that I trust. The blend that I want to talk about is Supernova. I juggle being a mom of a college senior who plays a bunch of sports, a full time job, part time job, and trading Forex. I thought that running out of energy was just to be expected with so much on my plate.

    I was so surprised that I experienced a burst of energy during my first week on Supernova. I started taking the blends at the beginning of the week. Driving several hours to and from my son’s football game didn’t bother me at all. I was actually energized.

    This product has simply made me the best I’ve ever felt. I ordered peel and spice but received this as a sample which I am very great full for. I started off just taking the peel and spice and noticed a difference straight away as I’ve always suffered from dermatitis.

    I then thought I’d add supernova into my diet and straight away I felt the urge to get things done effect which gavin mentioned. The confidence and motivation it gave me really surprised me and I underestimated this product.

    I’m nearly out of blends and will definitely be ordering supernova again along with some others I have in mind. I would recommend peel, spice and supernova to anyone skeptical. 10/10 blends!

    I tried peel 20:1 and spice 20:1 and received a sample of supernova 50:1, I purchased organic coffee beans dark roast whole beans and grinded them at home to fine powder, I used spring water from water bottles, but if you can use water from glass bottles I advise that better or some other water if plastic can be avoided, I started to feel more energy within the 1st to 2nd day of mixing the powder with the coffee, I didn’t put anything in the except the blends, I would drink 1 cup with the advised dosage of blends each day and I would have alot of energy throught the day.

    I advise if you want to sleep at night don’t take it at night since I did and since it gives you alot of energy you might not sleep throughout the night doing things, but throughout the day it’s great to have super energy, I have had blood sugar issues and this helped lower down the sugar if you take it consistently it starts to lower blood sugar down and I as well experienced clearer mental clarity from brain fog. Mix your blends alongside a less stressful environment, cleaner food, cleaner relationships from family, love, and friendships, cleaner air, and purpose in life and this will all mix in well with you.

    I do recommend the blends from InterstellarBlends as they have helped me have clearer mental clarity, lower blood glucose, and find purpose in life for fufillment of spirit within myself we all need this as in today’s world with all toxicity in all areas of human life.     Gavin introduced me to Interstellar Blends when we first met at the auto repair shop I work at. He hooked us up with a free bag of Supernova when he dropped off his Porsche, and the guys in the shop and I started using it right then and there. From my first dose, I could feel an immediate but grounded boost to both my mental clarity and physical energy (Ah, so that’s part of why Gavin seems so energetic and attentive in person!). From that time on, the guys and I began to take Supernova twice daily and we all could relate in its ability to provide a solid, productive sort of energy without any crash or negative side-effects. I’ve tried several blends since Supernova, and I still feel that it’s my favorite. I mix a teaspoon or two of Supernova with my earl grey tea both morning and night, and something about the way the flavours blend together is quite splendid (just felt suitable to say ‘quite splendid’ and ‘earl grey’ in the same sentence.     I have been taking blends for 1 year. Totally love it!

    I am into mental alertness and focus. Love my first experience with Supernova. You can immediately notice the difference as like a bling of an eye. Pretty amazing! There is no downtime. My dosage is still as per 16/8. Not fasting then.

    After I got more blends, I started fasting with the blends. Now I am regularly taking a least fifteen types of blends. Lost 8kg in 2 months. Feeling great with lots of energy.

    In the past, if I have any late-night. The next day, I will be totally unproductive. But with blends, I am up and going. I do not feel tired at all.

    Firstly, I’d like to thank Gavin creating so many amazing products that truly make a difference to our lives, for the better. Since and prior to placing my first order in 2020, Gavin has always been willing to offer his advice and give his time freely when discussing health and wellbeing, with geniune intentions – something which is rare in the world we live in today.

    These blends do perform miracles, but they are not just for those who are sick. I had a clean bill of health and felt good physically and mentally when purchasing my blends, with the intention of taking my wellbeing to another level – and that it did! My clarity and focus skyrocketed from a place where I was already performing very high mentally.     I tried supernova and have never felt better. I noticed my anxiety was reduced and my productivity levels were raised.

    I’m someone who has always struggled to articulate myself. I noticed straight away I was able to piece together my thoughts and words with ease, plus less overthinking.

    I’ve also had a ganglion cyst on my foot for quite some time. I have a physically demanding warehouse job which causes the cyst to flair up, becoming very painful. After taking supernova there was no flair up, however the cyst still slightly remains. However due to the noticeable improvements with my health I’ll be trying out the peel and spice blend combo to help with the inflammation as well as Trinity to raise my confidence even further.

    Since my blends have finished I’ve definitely noticed how much they had improved my mental health and physical health.

    Supernova is great. I have been using my daughters, but recently purchased my own. I use it in my coffee every morning. It tastes similar to caramel and it’s delicious. There is no weird aftertaste. I have been using it daily for about three weeks. I can tell the difference in my mood and my energy level.

    I have a stressful job and I am in school. I have the winter blues, which prompted me to try this product. I have felt better last three weeks since I have used supernova. I am sleeping good at night and I’m able to get up early in the morning and jog before starting my workday.

    I truly believe this mixture of natural ingredients is beneficial to my health, mental and physical. It is not cheap, but it is working for me.     I received my samples on Thursday 2/9/2023 and to my surprise Supernova was included along with Purge and REWIRE. I ended up taking everything to work the next day to try them (all except the Purge). I was totally freaked out in a good way.
    I’ve been dealing with inflammation especially in my knees and tiredness. After taking both with black coffee something kicked in within 2-3 hours. I got up from my desk and noticed the pain and stiffness was waaaay less. I sat down and jumped up again and started walking and no pain. I also noticed my energy was more along with my mood and focus.
    Fast forward to that evening: my husband was like wow you’re walking different without looking like you’re in pain. I told him about the blends and he’s sharing it with people also.
    To have them work so quickly I am totally amazed.
    Gavin has been GREAT and is answering my questions and I’m about to order some more blends. This is something I definitely don’t mind investing in. I’m loving this.

    It was my first time trying the Blends and I must say that SuperNova was a great start!

    After a 3 day water fast I started feeling a high and balanced energy throughout the day (Previously I would need energy drinks or tons of coffee to feel well), my gym workouts started flowing better and the results so far are astonishing.
